Great spot to people watch in San Carlos and food is very good. Had some nice vegetarian options.
Great dinner, as always! Food is generous and delicious!
Excellent service and food
It was my birthday on the night we dined at Town, and they included so many personal touches. The menu had my birthday date with a Happy Birthday greeting, and there was a birthday card waiting at our table. They surprised me with a complimentary dessert, bread pudding which was the best I've ever eaten. They made my special day with these touches. We can't wait to go back.....the food was excellent, too!
Everything was superb as always!
Daughter's 16th birthday
Amazing!! The service was great!
The staff was excellent! Accommodating, nice, respectful, helpful, pleasant. Fantastic customer service. My meal was just ok, but the appetizers, drinks and dessert amazing!
The food is very good as is the service. I just find it overpriced.
Dinner was amazing. Food was on point as usual. Town never disappoints in quality and taste. Overall experience left something to be desired. Our server stated he had been working since 9am (we had 6pm reservations). He was tired an it showed. Beside the lack of enthusiasm our appetizer plates were tossed onto the table not gently plates. Everything was just rushed. Our dinner arrived while we were still enjoying our appetizers and with dessert and after dinner drinks we were out of our seats in just over an hour. General rule should be 2 hours for complete relaxed dinner. Hope that next time the server isn’t tired
This is a reliably good restaurant. Very energetic which is positive, but it also means high volume sound from all surrounding tables. My group was people over 60 and it was not fun trying to talk over the crowd, not to mention hearing over the crowd. A lot of acoustic tile would be a good thing.
I love Town. You will need to make reservations at least a week out. In the past I have taken my customers to lunch there. The lunch is just as amazing as the dinners. I did mark it down a bit when it comes to ambiance. I don not care for loud restaurant. Town can get pretty loud sometimes. My last visit wasn't too bad though.
The folks at Town did a wonderful job hosting my parents' anniversary dinner. I've noted "special occasions" at other restaurants before, and they don't even acknowledge it. At Town, the menus had a subtle "Happy Anniversary" at the top, along with a nice card at the table. We were given a complimentary bread pudding dessert, which was delicious. What I found most impressive, however, was that everyone, from the hostess to the waiter to the other servers, all said "Happy Anniversary." That made it very special. My family enjoyed the experience very much, and I want to thank the people at Town for providing such tremendous service for this special day.
Great service. Very friendly. Birthday lunch. Delicious bread pudding with birthday candles. Always great food. Hard to get a reservation though especially for dinner.
Great as usual. Loved the new additions to the menu!
Delicious brunch and great bottomless Mimosas!
Excellent! Loved the crab sandwich and fries.
We went for our 10 year anniversary. Everyone wished us a happy anniversary, it was so nice. They even gave us a free dessert. The filet was amazing as well!
Great service and great food! By "energetic" noise level, I mean too noisy!
Had a great meal!
Raster Sunday. The food was not on par with previous visits. One of my favorite side dishes—the chili green beans—were limp and over sauced. However my blood orange Martini was amazing !!!
We love our neighborhood TOWN restaurant. We go often for dinners any night and brunches on the weekends. We love the upstairs private room for bigger celebrations. Highly recommend!
Went somewhat late 9:30 pm. Unfortunately, we were seated at table 32 which is very close to the bar. A large very loud and inconsiderate group standing at the bar was right up against our table which made the dining experience unpleasant. Avoid being seated at this table. At the end of the meal, the manager comped part of the bill which was appreciated.
As for the food, the garlic bread appetizer, Chilean sea bass and hanger steak and bread pudding dessert were excellent. The vegetarian bowl with rice and quinoa was missing the quinoa and the asparagus was woody, so I would avoid this dish in the future.
Very nice service, good food - energetic atmosphere.
Loved the food!
Good food and service.
Treated extremely nicely by staff despite the very late reservation. We received special treatment for my girlfriend and I's anniversary which was a welcome surprise and made the whole experience over the top for us.
The food was amazing, even for the price I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys seafood or steak.
Birthday dinner and the personal touches really mattered
Town never disappoints, the food is always excellent. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our reserved table, but the staff was very kind and made up for it by giving us a number of appetizers at no cost. We brought 2 bottles of wines, $20.00 corkage each. Other than the noise level, which is very loud, we would recommend Town.
We love Town. It is pricey but consistent with their food.
Great food, specially love love love the bread pudding, our waiter was very friendly, good service and very attentive. Overall experience was very excellent👍
They were very busy but did a super job at getting us a table as quickly as possible. Food was excellent, as always!
My family has gone to Town the past 2 weekends in a row for birthday celebrations we love it so much. Can't wait to go back and try something different. The bottomless mimosa's were the best!
Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!
Everyone's food was delicious.
Warm cabbage salad - TO DIE FOR!
Appetizers - AMAZING!!
Pomegranate martini's YOU HAVE TO TRY ONE (or two!).
Impeccable service - you obviously get what you pay for.. :-)
Can't wait to go back!
I have been dining at Town for many years and I’ve always had such a great meal with the perfect ambiance for fellowship, laughter and fun! Our server was very attentive and accommodating for everyone’s needs. It is always a great time when I go to Town!
Brunch was ok
Town is one of our favorite restaurants. I cannot complain about anything! Would go again in a heartbeat! I do have one comment though, I ordered the broiled Chilean Sea Bass which is amazing!! but, it came on a mound of Kale and cold butternut squash. I could only eat so much kale!! Ended up eating my husbands mac & cheese. I don't recall it being served that way before. Anyway, next time will order some other sides.
Town is consistently great, with professionals from the front door onwards. 1400 degree stove makes steaks incredible. One of our favorite places to eat.
Good dinner all around
Had a great time, food and service were excellent. Look forward to going back .
