Me and my boyfriend have been in before & he is a sous in the area so we were really upset with our overall experience at town hearth. Our server absolutely ruined the entire experience for us. For starters he never even introduced himself.. i believe his name was james from the receipt he dropped off. He had an terrible attitude with us for some reason but was lovely to his large party sitting right next to us. When he first walked up all he said was did we have any drinks in mind and when we didnt he just walked away. Never asked about any allergies, eating preferences, or talked about anything on the menu.. he never asked if we liked any of our food or we needed anything else for the table… Again my date is a sous so he wanted to really dive into the menu with the server but james just was extremely vague and dismissive.. We honestly love to be “upsold” but our server didn’t try even a little.. Loved the host especially the gentleman & the back servers were really nice aswell. Drinks were good but the lamb was really dry like it was cooked a day before & warmed up.

My husband and I had eaten at the restaurant many times, however this was the first time we brought our 5 year old little boy. Everyone was welcoming, gracious, and accommodating in every way. It was a great experience for our family.

We had a wonderful birthday dinner at Town Hearth. Everything was delicious, from the appetizers, all the way to the desserts! I highly recommend this restaurant. The service was excellent too! Great job!

It's a bit of a wait even with a reservation but always well worth the wait. Food is always amazing and cooked to perfection. The brussel sprouts are a must and IMHO add hands down the best ive had since I tend to get them at other places to compare them with Town Hearth. Steak is always cooked to perfection. Our waitress was very laid back and made us feel right at home. I always recommend Town Hearth to people that ask for a good restaurant to go to. Pricing isn't all that bad for a special occasion or just want to eat good food and enjoy friends and or family.
