   I had a professional lunch here with a client at their suggestion. The atmosphere is incredibly charming. The service was attentive but not imposing. The food was fresh and delicious - it was simply hard to pick from a great menu! Would absolutely go again

   Wonderful experience, food was amazing and the service was excellent all around. I’ve been to many wonderful restaurants but this is one of top restaurants! Sorry that I couldn’t stay longer and enjoy another meal!

   I do love the old house vibe of the Tousey House. The food is always good, and the drinks even better. The bread pudding was excellent, but I wish it was served with ice cream instead of the whipped cream. The staff was quite friendly and had good suggestions. Everyone who sat close to us had their own conversation going on, but we all were talking as a group before the end of our meal. I would like to see a slightly more involved menu for food. They have a fairly large and diverse drink menu. Overall, I do enjoy going here.

   The special for the evening-filet medallions with squash risotto was OUTSTANDING! As was the hot slaw!

   Living in NKY means very few independent fine dining restaurant options. My husband and I drive 30 minutes regularly to eat at Tousey House and it is always a perfect experience. I love the old charm that is preserved of the home built in 1822. The food and options are excellent, especially on Saturday night prime rib specials. The service is also excellent from the hostess, server and bartender. We like to eat in the bar area for a more relaxed feel. The outdoor areas are perfect for warm summer nights. Tousey House will always be our preferred option for all family occasions and we have great memories to keep. Highly recommend.

   Food was great and service was attentive. My husband and I split all courses and we requested the salad and entrée be split… but they were not. Other than that, everything was wonderful as usual.

    We stopped in on our night before flying out of CVG and were so pleased to have a relaxing evening sipping wine and enjoying the beer cheese pretzel plate before a delicious dinner. The service was fantastic and everyone was accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend Tousey Tavern for anyone stopping off in the area!
