We are used to excellence at Toulouse, and we got anything but on this occasion. The service was extremely slow (we didn't receive our drinks until we were almost done with our salads, and he didn't take our dinner order until we were finished with the salad). My sirloin was just fair, and my wife's branzino was not well cooked). The branzino at North Italia is much better than what we got at Toulouse, The veggies served with the fish were also undercooked. All-in-all we paid a whole of money for a poor-to-mediocre meal.

It was an absolute perfect evening; we had spoken to the General Manager as we wanted to take some photos with a photographer before dinner (5:45). The team could have not been more accommodating for us and our party. The staff was gracious and friendly. Our server took amazing care of us throughout the evening and the food was superb. This is why this continues to be one of our favorites in DFW. JD

The food was high quality. My duck confit was a tad on the dry side, but other appetizers, soups and salads were excellent! Be prepared for a pretty high noise level as there are a lot of patrons in the restaurant on a Saturday night. It is definitely a place to see and be seen!

This is a beautiful restaurant and the staff is top notch. We had 7 for my wife’s birthday and unfortunately they sat us on the porch instead of in the restaurant. The table was in the corner completely away from everyone. It was hot and they has to bring in a fan which was helpful and cooled the area down but just added to the street noise coming into Legacy West which was obnoxious. Will likely go back but will never accept a table on their porch area again. The waiter did a great job, was attentive, very professional and friendly. Overall very average experience given the seating and noise.

Service was great and the food was delicious. I gave this restaurant a 4 star rating because my salmon was served with only a half of a baby carrot and two other small vegetables. I left hungry. My husband enjoyed his petite filet meal. It came with a large portion of mashed potatoes and some grilled asparagus.

Made a reservation but chose to sit at high table at bar due to having to wait despite making a reservation. Music was terrific with flamenco style guitar player. Waiter was extremely courteous and helpful. Food was good but a bit overpriced. The pasta special was beautifully described but ended up being $62 for spaghetti with some lobster and mixed seafood. Portions of seafood could have been greater for that price point. Calamari was 1//2 calamari and 1/2 fried vegetables and pieces were quite small. Service was excellent and ambiance was terrific.

Our waiter Fudge was incredibly attentive and professional! The restaurant is so beautifully decorated - truly perfect special occasion worthy. The food was delicious. The beet salad and beef bourguignon were lovely. Very special evening! Will definitely return, and definitely recommend.

We have visited Toulouse many times. This was by far the noisiest we ever experienced. It was a busy and hot Saturday night. The main dining room was rearranged to hold the maximum number of tables and three large parties (10+) were underway simultaneously. Not the best atmosphere for an intament conversation. We will return; however, we will avoid Fridays and Saturdays until we are sure such cramming has stopped.
