Toulouse Café and Bar recalls a Fin de Siecle Parisian Café where you are likely to bump into friends and find yourself in conversations with neighboring tables. Alberto, this needs help quickly. I have been taking clients here for 3-4 years. The last time was bad, and this time was even worse. Unfortunately, I need to find another restaurant for lunch meetings in the Legacy West area. Not one of the four people was able to finish eating their lunch; we just sent it back.

Service was very slow, staff was friendly however we waited a long time for our drinks and a very long time for our food.

Great food. Service. And atmosphere. A little loud with the entertainment but they graciously moved us to the porch which was much better.

We love Toulouse. My wife and I mostly go alone but we bring our kids as well. The staff is friendly and not overly pushy. Food is superb. If alien explorers find earth and all they do is go to Toulouse as the earth representation of food, i would be ok with that. Would recommend the seared foie gras assuming they have similar diets.
