Toulouse Café and Bar recalls a Fin de Siecle Parisian Café where you are likely to bump into friends and find yourself in conversations with neighboring tables. Excellent experience! Starting with the lovely hostess, Lay. She was most accommodating to our request. Food was wonderful and Paul our waiter was exceptional! Perfect evening! Can’t wait to go back!

Only one con (aside from being too loud), the steak tartare was greyishbrwon and tasted the same. I've been to Toulouse several time, always had the same ...... this time it was awful .
