   Toulouse is an excellent dining experience with fantastic food and unbeatable service. They made my wife’s birthday and memorable experience…not knowing it was even her birthday.

   I’ve been a loyal patron for over 15 years - birthdays, holidays, regular weekends, etc. I can’t think of a better place to celebrate for the next 15 years.

   Once again, the people of Toulouse did everything to live up to the setting and ambience on a warm crepuscular Saturday evening. Juliano and Serge set the tone of the attention and service, and it almost doesn't matter who your server happens to be. They are all good. It is times like this that cause us to be big fans and recommend Toulouse to our friends, which we have done for over a decade. Joe B. Fortson

   We enjoyed another great dining experience thanks to a great special (sea bass), great service and welcoming hosts. The outdoor seating by Katy trail was really nice.
