We were celebrating a birthday. You did not have the tuna tower with wontons she wanted. The waitress spilt water all over her birthday cards which ruined them. We never have a bad experience normally.

It was my wife’s birthday and I’m pretty sure I mentioned it in the reservation
No one even mentioned it. It’s just a detail but we like to come for special occasions

I love going to dinner at Toulouse because the food is always delicious, the staff attentive and friendly and the beautiful design/decor reminds me of dining in Europe!

A Parisian feel in the middle of Houston. Outdoor dining with live music the perfect mix in covid times. Oysters Rockefeller were outstanding

The food was good however there was no sense of ANY COVID-19 protocols.

It was fun, we always have a good time. I just wish they would have called ahead of time to let us know there’s no brunch for today. We probably wouldn’t have gone if we knew there wasn’t brunch.

They never called FRIDAY Feb 19 to tell us that they were closed, but took our reservation!

It was a perfect evening. Toulouse is an elegant restaurant, like being in France. And the their gnocchi was sensational...the best gnocchi I have ever tasted.

Great food, service was wonderful. Every bite was delicious and I was blown away by the desserts.

We were seated at 5:30pm on covered patio and waited almost 10 minutes before any wait staff came. I had to ask someone to wait on us! My sole was very salty but, I ate it. It was so very loud in there because there was Spanish speaking waiter who was standing next to a table talking so very loud for 30 minutes. It was not enjoyable. This lacks professionalism. This was not appreciated!

Food is good, ambiance is great, but service is spotty. The men's bathroom was really dirty.

If you need a reason to go to Toulouse, here are 3:
1. The crowd is upscale and interesting to observe.
2. The service is impeccable, and
3. The food is very authentic.

I do wish that they would expand their catalogue of French wines.

Recommend additional training for Gustavo. Astonishing that in 2021, servers are ignoring tables with only female patrons and catering to tables with primarily male guests (assumption is he anticipates a larger tip) . I have dined at Toulouse numerous times since the pandemic and have never experienced this until my last visit.

Love this place, one my favorites in Houston. We moved here last year and it quickly became one of our regular weekend spots.

The second time in a week we have been here - and it never disappoints - just great all round. Many thanks once again - we will be back.

I chose this restaurant to celebrate my friend’s birthday because I wanted to impresses her since she’s never been there before. However, I feel we had a poor and disappointing experience. The waiter seemed attentive in the beginning but then I guess he was busy and we felt left out. Food was good; salmon was cooked perfectly. It took forever to get our coffee order and when dessert came there was no sparkly candle on my friend’s dessert. Alas, the other two tables across ours got theirs. I think dining-in is all about having a good experience and sadly this time it wasn’t the best.

Service and food was exceptional. The outside patio was great. I took one star off for ambiance because was there was a man smoking a cigar outside at another table as we were finishing up and that was unpleasant. Luckily we were about to leave.

Rendezvous with a former work colleague for lunch - Oysters, Shrimp Salad and Steak Tartare all perfectly presented and tasty. Service pleasant and unobtrusive.

Food is mediocre but the ambiance is nice.

Great place to lunch with girlfriends. Half price French wines makes it very affordable as well.

Perfect spot for a girls brunch. I recommend sitting outside so you can enjoy the live music. We had excellent service, as our waitress was very attentive. The food was yummy. I had the lobster salad, very fresh. My friend got the duck confit which I tried and it was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. Love this place. It’s a vibe! Oh and they offer good discounts on wine. Rose was half off on Saturday. Yes please!

Everything was fine, but we made a poor choice in ordering the pate. We should have sent it back, but just didn’t want to cause any trouble. Our filet and boeuf Bourgogne were delicious and the service was very very good
