   This was a beautiful place to eat and the food was very good. The wine seemed overpriced but that usually comes with the ambiance/view. It was really quiet, but that was also because hardly anyone was there that night.

   We were there for a special dinner and had an amazing meal. The best part was the view and the service!! we had a great time and would recommend this restaurant especially if you are staying in the Hotel

   Had a dinner date with my Bestie. This place it’s beautiful, the views are breathtaking. I order the Linguine Scoglio🤤, It was delicious. We really enjoyed ourselves.

   Gave this restaurant a chance despite its 3.4 rating and figured the view would be nice. Does not value customer requests on a personal special occasion. Told to come back the following week for them to accommodate the request. Came February 15th which is not even Valentine’s Day anymore but they had a Valentine’s menu which we understood. Our anniversary date is very important and requested for a desert with a written “Happy Anniversary” to make my partner’s day more special. I was not asking for it to be free, I do not care if I had to pay more than the value. we did not appreciate the sarcasm one of the workers had responded to us. “If you want a bird, we’ll get you a bird. But come next week”. Next week is no longer our anniversary. There is a reason why our reservation was specifically on 15th. If we knew this will not be accommodated, we would have chosen a different restaurant who valued customers better.

   Looks great when your waiting for your seat but when you get to go in and have your appetizers you’ll consider just going to somewhere else.

   Everything but the deserts were bland. Portions were beyond stingy. For example, my entre' was the TOULA surf and turf which consisted of a beef tenderloin, shrimp, and vegetables. What arrived was two small pieces of shrimp on top of my beef tenderloin, which was unevenly cooked. For my vegetables I received ONE brussel sprout cut in half, half a carrot which was then cut in half, and I believe a rapini which was soggy and stringy. The vegetables were clearly steamed and just dropped in the plate, no seasoning whatsoever. Oddly enough I was not asked how I would like my beef done, nor did they offer black pepper after bringing it to the table. Desert consisted of a trio of mini deserts which I kid you not were CUT IN HALF, one half was served to one person, the other half to another. They were micro deserts, or samples at this point. The fruit on the plate of desert consisted of A QUARTER of a strawberry, and one whole blackberry. And last but not least, we were offered an option of either sparkling or flat water. We opted for flat, which after two bottles I heard a customer complain about their water and found out they were charging $7 a bottle (which normally cost $10 from what the server told me), and they were not informing anyone of this until the bill arrived. They removed it from the bill after I brought up how disappointing that was. The list goes on, all wait staff (at least in our section) had pungent B.O. , the table/seating layout was cramped, linen and table settings were sloppy. The only redeeming quality here is the view, and honesty there are many places in Toronto with a view that will give you way more for your money. Bottom line, just focusing on the food alone TOULA is very overpriced for the quality of food they serve. Everything was bland, some items were clearly not fresh and frozen. Our bill was cheap at $150, which is sad considering what we experienced. Diners beware.

    Really mediocre and uninteresting food. Server was nice, but food was served by her support staff who were rushed and unfriendly.
