   Nice looking place with NOLA/speak easy vibe. Very pleasant atmosphere. Friendly service but more training needed. Our server was not very confident on the menu. Kind of eclectic wine list. We ordered a bottle of white wine but when they delivered it and started to open it ( without first taking off the foil or showing us the bottle) and then asking if we wanted ice because the bottle was warm bottle..yuck..we noticed it wasn’t even the wine we ordered. We then learned they are short cooler space so much of their wine is warm. We finally found they had a rose that was cold—and it was good. We had the fried green tomatoes(good) and budine ( basically an arancini—which was bland, dry and meat seemed old), French onion soup(a bit weird with a foam on top versus cheese), and shrimp and grits (very good). Overall the complete lack of cold wine and wine knowledge put us off and the food was hit or miss. The servers tried really hard but they suffered by lack of training.

   We enjoyed the food and the waitress, Angelica was amazing! However, we sat in the bar area, and I believe there was a manager or he looked as if he was in a leadership position and he did not even speak or stop by our table, which I thought was unprofessional. Also, this was our first time visiting!

   This place was beautiful! We went for brunch, which we probably won’t do again. The biscuits and gravy were fantastic. Unfortunately there was no coffee! This was shocking. The candied bacon just tasted like regular bacon and the potatoes were semi hard in the middle. My hubby got the bananas foster which was delicious and I got the berry crepes, which was fine- but I felt they were missing something like a filling of some kind. Overall, it was good, but I heard the dinner is great, so we are gonna try it again for dinner. The brunch as room to grow and I hope it does bc that biscuits and gravy was amazing!

   From entering we were greeted right away! We were early for our reservation but they sat us at the bar where we had a drink while we waited. When taken to our table the beautiful and sultry decor had me enchanted! The ambiance was delightful and the music was appropriate and not too loud. Our drinks were delicious! We did the hurricane and the soleil. I like they had craft cocktails but also something fun and fruity! Our food was phenomenal! I did the catfish and my husband got the chicken. The sauce they serve with the chicken was AMAZING!! I kept sneaking bites off his plate. I enjoyed my catfish as well, the greens were so flavorful!! 10/10 I would go back again!

   My friend group decided that we should do an early Mother’s Day outing and I had been hearing amazing things about Touché so I booked. Needless to say, it did not disappoint! Two of us sat at the bar while we waited for our table and the bar staff were knowledgeable and very attentive. MK was our server and she was simply amazing! The crab cake, French fries, fried green tomatoes, shrimp and grits, catfish, beef roast and blackened chicken should all be on your list of things to try! Oh, and the cocktails and desserts added the icing to the cake! Compliments to the chef and the staff. 10 out of 5 stars (yep, extra credit). We will definitely be back!

   Great food, great service. For only opening about a week ago, they were already on top of their game. Definitely will return.

   Overall it was a pleasant experience. The only complaint being that the staff was a bit of a hurry to clean up drink glasses and plates before we were finished drinking and eating. Felt a bit rushed, not by the waiter, but by the staff whose job it was to clear the tables during the meal.

    Loved everything about the restaurant. From the moment we walked in we were transported. Service was amazing, and the food was absolutely scrumptious! We had the Smash Burger, Shrimp and Grits, Voodoo tomatoes, Beignets, and Chocolate banana dessert. All was so good that we closed our eyes to savor the flavors after every bite. Definitely recommend for a special occasion or a date night.
