Excellent food, specially their pastas. Linguine with scallops, pappardelle are delicious. I am a repeat customer and we’ll certainly continue going to this place.

I just love this place. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the room is beautiful and the food is very good. I recently had dinner there with two friends I hadn't seen in a long, long time and we were seated at a quiet table so that we could talk and catch up without too much noise. It was a lovely evening.

They food is generally very good. The branzino is outstanding. The spinach side dish is excellent. The whole orata was dry and bland, but everything else is good.

Great Italian in Century City Mall. The food and service is great and wonderful portion size! They have a great happy hour menu from 4p - 7p, but with smaller portions.

The fist we ordered was very dry. The drink was very watered down. Service was fine. I like the fact there are gluten free options.

A very good Italian restaurant with plenty of parking as it is in the Century City Mall. There is a wide variety of dishes on the menu and on Valentine's day they also had some special dishes. The Chilean Sea Bas was superb.

Truly great Italian food at the remodeled Westfield Century City Mall. Authentic Italian cooking from a wide selection of appetizers to entrees. Best Risotto Milanese I've had since my grandmother made it years ago. Short ribs are also amazing as is the lasagna. A perfect spot for a casual or business lunch or dinner anytime.

The food and service was wonderful but the noise level was too loud!

Happy hour is great and you don't have be there at 4:00. If you're going to movie and want service, it a great place to eat first or afterwards.

The receptionist needs to be trained to be welcoming and to listen, including following reservation requests. We were very pleased with the service and our food choices which ranged from soup ton salads to calamari. The wine choices added to the enjoyment of the food.

This was my second time to this location, the first time was excellent, this time was the opposite. Our waiter Mustafa, was very impatient and rude throughout our meal. There were a group of 5 ladies and we were enjoying our conversations and every time he came to the table he was rushing us and trying to upsell us. The food was good but it was very noisy and we felt like we were just a table and not customers. We won't be back.

BOYCOTT THIS RESTAURANT! I had a business lunch with a good client of my law firm. He ordered grilled chicken and it came extremely dry; literally like cardboard. I ordered the Dover Sole and it was fine. He pointed it out in a very friendly (and almost apologetic (he's proper British)) manner to the waiter. The waiter took his grilled chicken dish away. It took literally 20 or more minutes of waiting, and his meal did not come as I had no choice to but eat my Dover Sole while he stared at me (and trying to make polite conversation), while his place setting remained empty and bare. I finished my entire meal by the time the manager Christian (aka "Cristiano") (whom we had called to the table) came over. We complained and insisted on my client being served and that h is meal be "comp'd" for the embarrassing wait. Cristiano brought over a Dover Sole (twice as expensive) and REFUSED to comp the meal. He became belligerent, aggressive and loud, waiving his hands about and continued to refuse to do anything whatsoever to ameliorate the situation. We explained that I had to finish my meal "alone" and now that my client is being served, he will have to eat his meal "alone" while I stare at him and try to act polite in this awkward situation. The manager, Cristiano, did not even offer my client a dessert or coffee "on the house," for the troubles. Horrible and abusive service, and I will NEVER bring my business to Toscanova again. I was a long time customer and they have lost my business and that of my clients and business associates.

One of our favorite restaurants for all occasions. The food is superb, the servers are charming and attentive, and the setting is elegant.

Service was spotty. Food was good except I experimented with vitello tonnato. Veal cut so thin you couldn’t taste it swimming in tuna flavored mayo. Never again!!!!

We had a nice time and will be back. I️ said we booked with open table but they did not credit my account as I️ received and email. Do I️ need to show my receipt to open table?

Enjoyed our experience over all. Our server was very attentive. Food was okay, not great. We ordered the Burrata which was enjoyable. Our pastas were a bit dry. Would go back to experience their happy hour.

The gnocchi was served immediately and delicious. However, our entree was mistakenly served to the wrong table. The couple decided to keep the osso buco and the branzini. As a result, we waited at least
another half hour or forty minutes for our entrees to be served. The waiter and matte d’ kept coming
over and apologizing. The entrees finally did come and were excellent. The waiter gav us desert on the house because we had to wait so long for our entree’s . We sat on the patio which was it as noisy as the restaurant. We will return but not for awhile,

All good but they misjudged timing between appetizers and entrees. Put entrees back on heater and then they came to the table over cooked.....

We had a bad experience with the service Food was fine but, waiters were absolutely rude . When you asked for a glass of wine and the waiter forget and he brought the wine just after all the food has been remove because mostly all of us were finished with our meal and they didn’t thinks there was not a big deal and the waiter talked back to you ..,.,,

I’ve eaten here a million times, but they missed the mark badly this time. From no one to fill water, to slow response, to a special osso bucco that was rubbery, not much good to say about this visit. I should have gotten the short ribs, which are consistently good. Ce la vie.

Large restaurant...Good service and food. Good daily specials menu. It’s in a popular mall so is prone to large parties...which can slow service.
Staff is attentive , nice selection of wines by the glass...all in all a good experience. Will return.

I have been going to Toscanova for many years including the use of their private room. The food has always been good and the service friendly and efficient. However on Saturday we had a bad experience. Due to the increased traffic and parking issues at the newly renovated Century City Mall I would recommend avoiding it on weekends. Parking was impossible and service was deplorable. We had a very innattentive and rude waiter who paid no attention to the fact that we told him we were going to a movie and actually made us late for it. If you’re going for the food go midweek and go early.

Food was acceptable nothing spectacular service was horrible took 20 minutes to get coffeee waiter disappeared half way thru the meal for forcing manager to jump in

We love this restaurant but the last two times we were there we had the sane server who is just terrible, very inattentive. But aside from him, we love the place. Next time we'll be sure we don't get him or just wait for something in a different area.
