Great food and staff We loved everything we ate I will recommend this to everybody The perfect place for great food
Excellent restaurant. Excellent options. Cordial and helpful servers. Good for business meetings.
Great food, great service!
Toscanova is always a delight. I was drawn away from my nearly-every-time go-to entrée (the salmon on the menu, which is always outstanding) by a seared ahi steak on the specials of the day. The ahi was a great choice - really high quality, very rare, just what I wanted.
Food was better than expected for a mall restaurant. My wife is gluten free and I believe her spaghetti was the best gluten free pasta I ever tasted (very challenging for the uninitiated). Other pasta dishes were also very good. My Branzino Sea Bass was excellent albeit a bit pricey st $45. Wine by glass menu needs to be expanded a bit with better choices. Other than that, a great stop!
Seafood in my pasta was spoiled... and the bread was stale, which was brought after our meal arrived. Sadly, management was too busy to come by to check on us after we complained because the restaurant was completely empty and he was too busy wondering why they had no customers... at least that is my assumption. I did see him walk by but he looked mad and wonder if that table also complained about their spoiled food?
octopus was great. Staff could have been more attentive.
All was wonderful. Waitress was great!
Delicious food but when it came to order the entree there was no more
This is a very nice venue to meet a business colleague. The staff was accommodating as to placing in a quieter area of the restaurant. The food is good.
Love this restaurant. Great food, great service and a super great team.
We had an excellent meal here. The service was excellent and the food a very good value. Delicious!
Toscanova is my favorite Italian restaurant on the west side of LA!
It was my boyfriend & i’s anniversary and we picked a special restaurant to come and eat and have an amazing cuisine experience. We sit down on the patio (lovely ambiance) and shortly after we were seated there were two other couples seated on either side of us. We all had the same server. The other 2 tables got there before us... they ordered drinks, appetizers, and were half way through their meals before our table was even GREETED. I work in the service industry and i know how this works. The server noticed we were on the younger side... expecting not to get a good tip... so he neglected us. Well, the restaurant we chose to come and spend our special occasion at totally ruined it. Thanks a lot. Won’t be back!
Great food great service, cannot ask for more at a mall restaurant!
I always enjoy Toscanova. Food and service is always great. Love the pasta dishes and salads.
Very reliable, attractive and varied menu, good service, nice attitude.
Always excellent food and the service is friendly, a good place for both lunch or dinner or happy hour. One suggestion: get some nicer wine glasses, the ones you have now are really too heavy and thick.
Maybe because it was a Sunday night, it seemed like the staff could not wait for us to get out of there. We were in the process of sitting when we were asked what we wanted to drink - hadn’t even looked at the drink menu. As soon as we said water, the next wait staff person asked if we’d had a chance to look at the menu. We were just putting on our napkins. Appreciated the attention, but this was polar opppsite to being ignored. We had a question for our server when our food came down but she ran away so fast we couldn’t ask. Food was amazing however. Plus Motown playing didn’t fit the ambience.
The risotto al fungus was delicious cooked to perfection ! My friend s salad looked superb! The service was attentive and made us feel welcome! Toscanova has the best ambiance with a crowd fun to watch!
Always a great experience!
Lovely all the way around
Food is mediocre for the price.
Our entrees came out before our appetizer, which was also frustrating given the price.
Very poor service, won’t rush back
Always great. We go to Toscanova quite often and enjoy the food, ambiance and especially the service. Highly recommend it. When we were there yesterday, we were a little late in arriving, but they were so accommodating and made sure all went well.
The food and service is always wonderful. My friends and I eat at Toscanova at least 2 times a week.
Great place for a lunch or early dinner after you shop till you drop at the beautiful Century City Mall
Excellent service, food and ambience. Good menus choices and generous portions.
Entire staff friendly and welcoming.
I've had numerous meals at Toscanova, and there's a clear shift in the quality of food over the last year. I'd compare the quality of food similar to that of "The Olive Garden" or Denny's. Sorry folks, it was just that bad. The pasta was undercooked, portions of protein were very small, and the chicken parm was overly flattened and not presented in a thoughtful way.
The only explanation is the massive boom happening at Century City and the cost of real estate for businesses has forced restaurants to find better values.
Also, the patronage was once younger, even 30 something, 40 something, now it appears it's mostly elderly folks. Will not be dining there any longer.
This is my favorite restaurant in the Century City Westfield Mall. The salmon in particular is always outstanding.
The food is always wonderful and the staff is great
Dry good all around.
Food was good and the service was above parr !
We just enjoy this place and with the warmer evenings the patio is great
The restaurant was booked for the birthday party of 2 girls. The hostess was not friendly and nice but the table he gave us was comfy and outdoors. First of all, the waiters did not give a cocktail menu and we asked twice to get it. One of glasses was dirty. And we were waiting to have the new one more than 15 min. The food was so-so, nothing special but not bad. But the worst thing was that nothing was done for birthday girls. Nothing! No dessert, no cocktail, no discount, just nothing. It is the first restaurant in my life which just ignored that fact. It was indicated when I booked the table, then my friend reminded them. When we almost finished our desserts the waiter came with two tiny candles on the plate and said he forgot to put them in dessert. You know, I was shocked, I thought it was a joke but no, it was for real. I don’t recommend this place at all, they are not interested in their clients. For me it is a disrespect.
The salads were good. From the 3 entrees ordered, mine was a chicken milanese. Simple and ordinary non sophisticated dish, well, was the worst I have ever eaten: no taste at all, looked liked it was fried two days earlier. It was covered with a bunch of green leaves and tomato pieces with any additions/dressing. Because I was with friends, I didn’t want to make an issue.
My go to place for a girlfriend luncheon.
It was my nephew this time, and he was happy, too.
So, thank you, ToscaNova.
Great restaurant for business lunch. Sat outdoors and it was relatively quiet. Food was good, as always, Service is outstanding.
Scrumptious pasta and great cocktails! I'll definitely be back.
