No complaints here. Great food and great service. Quality at a good price.
Very good Dover Sole. Large enough Burrata as an appetizer. A bit expensive, with a glass of wine about $100.00
Beautiful restaurant, excellent food and service. The lasagna was delicious and so was the calamari and the tiramisu. When it is crowded, and it was, the noise level is a little high, but the overall experience of eating there was great.
Having reviewed the restaurant a few times and lays enjoying it, I want to focus on the bar and service. Both are outstanding. The two women behind the bar also have a few tables they serve along with food at the bar. They are smart, no nonsense bar tenders who know their stuff and excellent servers as well. They made for a great experience.
We had to wait 45 min more from our reservation time.
Apparently there was some sort of mix-up on their Open Table account and they allowed way more reservations than they could accommodate. I totally get that mistakes happen, but when I, and I noticed throughout the night, several others complained, there was just excuses and ignoring customers instead of apologizing. I'm a rational person, but when my reservation is at 8:30pm and I don't get seated until 9:20pm and then I'm seated outside, when I ask for a seat inside in February, but I'm assured that it will be warm and take my seat and the outdoor heater we are under is broken and then the waiter claims they are out of bread... Wasn't the night I had hoped for.
Rest manager extremely rude
Great service. Sitting outside of the side and eating our food was fantastic. Absolutely would eat here again.
They don’t read your reservation details, I specifically requested a table inside and was seated outside. I wasn’t offered bread, everyone else was. They never refilled my drink. The place is nice, pretty, romantic and the food is good (not great), but the service wasn’t the best.
Staff provided good service. One major problem: I felt the grilled chicken was flat tasting and little dry. I asked the server for some sauce because the chicken wasn't tasty and he recommended marinara. I received the marinara sauce which was satisfactory.
However, I was not happy that I was charged $2 for the sauce. I thought this was inappropriate given that they did not cook a tasty chicken. Charging me $2 for the sauce was very petty on Toscanova's part.
Great holiday menu. Excellent service. The asparagus appetizer was especially delicious!
Great experience and fantastic service. We had a wonderful time.
Great service with great food. Amazing homemade pasta.
Always good food and service . Waiters are fun and knowledgeable
It's been our favorite neighborhood restaurant...even before the new mall developed around it. Fresh, flavorful, lovely European waiters, occasional truffle specials. High class
Fantastic Food. The freshest pasta, amazing mussels in white wine sauce. Top notch service. No need to say more...
Very good food....wonderful service.
Toscanova is one of those restaurants i always find easy, delicious and extremely reliable. The wait staff is very friendly and their Italian accents enhance the meal. The food is always fresh and delicious, from the fish, pasta, and chicken. It's not your typical "shopping center" restaurant, which makes it even that much better.
The service was great but the salmon and vegetables that I had for lunch were over cooked.
Everything was delicious and service impeccable. Would definitely go back!!!
Exemplary service! Every single member of the staff was absolutely wonderful, from the water server to the sommelier. The dishes were excellent and well-prepared, despite the fact that we dined very late on a Saturday night.
Food was great as usual.
Service was excellent.
Food is good, service great. We felt that meals are way overpriced. We ended up $200 for 3, without ordering too much.
Food was excellent and well prepared.
Service was great.
Early dinning is the best ‘
Of the three entrees we ordered, one of the pasta dishes was significantly undercooked (definitely not aldente) and the half chicken entree was bleeding when cut into. They were not edible. Service was great and ambiance was nice and not too loud.
Had to chase down the check. Something of s challenging service night all around. Had to go find a waitperson to grate Parmesan onto pasta, etc. several people waited on us and I still don’t know who our primary server was supposed to be.
The service was very slow, it was Saturday 5:30 after all they years they should’ve been able to deal with a lot of customers, the food was tasteless,,, the host came by and tried to give all kind of excuses for the lousy food and service and while we’re leaving he said our loud for all to hear, Don’t come back !!!! That’s not a way to treat a customer, he was very rude and should have apologized for what went down !!!!
The new hostess is terrific. Very nice and welcoming
Her name is ANGELA
Great food and staff We loved everything we ate I will recommend this to everybody The perfect place for great food
Excellent restaurant. Excellent options. Cordial and helpful servers. Good for business meetings.
Great food, great service!
Toscanova is always a delight. I was drawn away from my nearly-every-time go-to entrée (the salmon on the menu, which is always outstanding) by a seared ahi steak on the specials of the day. The ahi was a great choice - really high quality, very rare, just what I wanted.
Food was better than expected for a mall restaurant. My wife is gluten free and I believe her spaghetti was the best gluten free pasta I ever tasted (very challenging for the uninitiated). Other pasta dishes were also very good. My Branzino Sea Bass was excellent albeit a bit pricey st $45. Wine by glass menu needs to be expanded a bit with better choices. Other than that, a great stop!
Seafood in my pasta was spoiled... and the bread was stale, which was brought after our meal arrived. Sadly, management was too busy to come by to check on us after we complained because the restaurant was completely empty and he was too busy wondering why they had no customers... at least that is my assumption. I did see him walk by but he looked mad and wonder if that table also complained about their spoiled food?
octopus was great. Staff could have been more attentive.
All was wonderful. Waitress was great!
Delicious food but when it came to order the entree there was no more
This is a very nice venue to meet a business colleague. The staff was accommodating as to placing in a quieter area of the restaurant. The food is good.
