Excellent food and ambiance. The mirrors are off putting especially as the waiters are watching your every move for the serving to be finished. While the head waiter was very friendly with little chats in between this became overbearing. I took my wife there for her birthday and I wanted us to enjoy the evening which we did but would have been better without the continual interruptions despite those interruptions being well meant. The price is on the high side especially if you have wine. $20 for one glass of wine each is not acceptable.

Went there for Valentines Day. Dinner was $75 per person. The service was slow and nowhere close to what I would expect for the price. The food was decent but not great. Once again, not what I would expect for the price. The dessert was the “icing on the cake.” It was a bowl with 4 berries and whipped cream on top. Overall, I won’t be back. The Garlic beats it by a mile.

‘Above average food; lousy service, would have been disappointing for chain restaurant, but for a “high end” meal, it was inexcusable. Not only was the service slow but they were so disorganized that we received 2 courses of the same food. And the worst part was the total lack of any apology or any semblance of contrition.

There is no doubt this will be the final time ever for me here

As close to Italy as you can get. Anytime we want Italian food this is the only place to go! Hands down never the best! Never a bad experience.

We went with friends and family celebrating a birthday and an anniversary. I made a reservation through Open Table
We were immediately greeted and welcomed.
Everyone was very friendly and set the tone for a wonderful dining experience.
The Chef was willing to create dishes that were not on the menu. One of our friends is a finicky eater. The server went out of her way to offer chef created options for him at no extra charge.
Every course from appetizer to dessert and cappuccino was delicious.
We were also treated to a Limoncello toast.

This is by far the best restaurant in the Ormond- Daytona Beach area

The service was mediocre. Mixed drinks were the worst I've ever experienced. The food was outstanding. If ordering from the bar, I would suggest sticking to beer or wine... something they can't screw up. But, again, the food was outstanding.

A hidden gem for sure in downtown Ormond Beach. The food was like being back in Tuscany. The mozzarella in the appetizer was so creamy and accompanied by delicate arugula leaves, calamata olives , eggplant and capers was a delight to the taste buds! I had the veal which was tender and delicious and my date had the fish which was carefully filets tableside. The Tiramisu and the ricotta cheesecake completed our delicious choices. It was a wonderful meal and I will definitely be returning

The reservation portal should have indicated that the menu was an abbreviated holiday menu and the price of the menu. Thought that the food was excellent but extremely pricey

We went to Toscana for dinner on Christmas Day. The food and service were very good. The only problem was that the champagne was barely cool when it arrived. We were given the option to choose another. Otherwise, it was a delicious and enjoyable dinner.

We booked this through open table for nice Christmas dinner in a strange town. Upon arrival the hostess couldn't locate our reservation but seated us anyway. My wife's caesar salad was outstanding, my caprese salad was also tasty but was so small as to look ridiculous on the plate. When our dinners arrived the server brought me the wrong entrée and scurried off. By the time we flagged down a server-not ours he never came to check on us, my wife's dinner was getting cold. They removed my incorrect meal and promised to quickly replace it. My wife gave me half of her 5 raviolis to eat while we waited. It took so long to replace my entrée that we had finished her meal by the time my corrected meal arrived-barely luke-warm. My dish, steak tips over pasta in a bland cream sauce consisted of a tiny portion about a serving cup worth! I expected the manager to stop by regarding the serving mix-up, but was merely presented with the check from the unapologetic waiter. I should have tracked down the manager but was mentally exhausted from dealing with this place. We left still hungry and over $100 dollars poorer for two drinks, two salads and two tiny pasta entrees. Do yourself a favor avoid this overpriced mediocre restaurant!

Wow we were very impressed. Hard to find but it is so worth it! After a few days of casual beach dining it was nice to have a dinner with top notch service. Every dish was excellent, from pasta to meats. And the Caesar salad was the best one I’ve ever eaten! Can’t wait to go back next time I’m in Daytona area.

Chef Tony takes the time to come to table and explain the food and answers any questions. Our waitress Katy was very efficient l, attentive and provide a great dining experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Server recommended highest price apps and meal as specials without telling us the prices. Meat was over cooked and total cost for evening was outrageous. Never going back and will not recommend to friends.

I thought the menu was limited. Not much veal or chicken. Many of the dishes i had never heard of. Most people have a favorite meal I didn't see any of these. My meal was excellent it was Penne Bolanase . I asked about a few dishes with the waiter and he said we don't do those. My girlfriends Saffron Risotto was also good. Now to the bread. It was very small slices and cold. When we asked for more bread they gave me two pieces.

My wife had the mozzarella and tomato appetizer. Tomatoes were pale and bland compared to what we had been getting at the farm stand and it could have used more balsamic drizzle. She had the salmon entree and enjoyed it. I had the pasta fagioli which was spicy and good and chicken with capers in lemon sauce also very good. The vegetable medley was crisp and hot
Overall, an expensive meal with excellent service.

We went to this restaurant because of a recommendation from a friend. We were excited to try it as there aren't any worthwhile Italian restaurants in Ponte Vedra Beach or Jacksonville. So we made the 1 1/2 hour drive to Ormond Beach. We were not disappointed. The food was exceptional and the service was very good. We had conversations with Chef Tony and his wife Cathy, who was our server. We ordered carpaccio, burrata with tomatoes, chitarra pasta, veal chop with Gorgonzola, and branzino. Everything was delicious and presented well.

We live in San Francisco and visit Toscana’s usually once a year. Would eat here once a week if not 3,600 miles away. Chef Tony makes his menu daily, always superb. Highly recommend the monthly tasting menu’s (roughly $70) which is very well worth it. A must eat at establishment for foodies

The owner, Kathy, from Albania and Sweden, made us feel extra special. We wanted delicious Italian food. She and her husband, the chef (from Italy), outdid our expectations. Each of the 4 of us declared our pasta was the best we've ever had. My wife's and mine were vegetarian--penne with vodka sauce--to die for. Our cousin and her son had sausage pasta of some sort--and they were over-the-moon with delight. We were served a velvety red--and we asked to have it refilled--a perfect choice. The other 3 had deserts--it was as if their sharing abilities took a vacation! I didn't get any. All in all a treat we won't forget anytime soon.

Father’s Day treat for my parents. My first time here and I was very impressed with the service and food. Chef owner really puts out a great product. All the food was done correctly and plated very nice. Value was outstanding. Wine list was great however a few more wines by the glass would be my only recommendation. I will be back.

Everything was very nice. The food was excellant and served at the correct time. My only concern was that even though there were only 3 at the table, the gratuity was added in with the bill which made the bill seem even larger. It was a very nice meal but not worth 120/person.

absolutely delicious! caesar salad was excellent, carbonara was some of the best i’ve ever had, and the tiramisu was to die for! service was great and so polite. we’ll be back!

My wife and I had a wonderful meal at Toscana. I had the Chilean sea bass in a saffron sauce and my wife had the parpadelle with sirloin and both dishes were delicious. The wait staff was friendly and service was great. I would recommend this restaurant.
