Toscalia is an Italian restaurant focusing on the cuisine of old Tuscany with modern Italian fare. The restaurant has a very large menu, incorporating the majority of classic Italian dishes that guests know and love. Toscalia's menu is divided into starters like bruschetta and Mediterranean salsa and then moves on to antipasti, soup, salad, traditional pasta, risotto, fish, chicken, lamb, grilled options, pizza and finally dessert. Toscalia has several items that it considers specialties, with one or two in each menu sections. One of Toscalia's best dishes is the filetto al gorgonzola, a steak with creamy gorgonzola sauce and asparagus.
