There was someone actively coughing and sneezing, its clear that he needed to be asked to cover his mouth or escorted out. His germs definitely got on multiple people, items and food. Management was right next to him, they should've noticed that. My friend got sick a couple days after this visit.

Prices have gone up on what was already a relatively expensive venue. The food is not great, not bad, just good.

Our go to place. Only comment this time is that several of our party are vegan/vegetarian and the options were not that great for them. The regular menu is solid and is a great value.

The fajitas and the jalapeño margarita were amazing!

I decided to bring my sister and my bestie here for an early b-day celebration. We could not have asked for a better server, than Dionne!! Clone her!! She was like a mind reader. When we thought we needed something she was there with it. We never had to ask for anything. The jalapeño margaritas -delicious ! As were enchiladas and the pork chop was seasoned well. Overall, thumbs up. ❤️Tortilla republic should be on everyone’s happy hour list and go to list!

Always an amazing time at Tortilla Republic! It’s one of our favorite restaurants in Los Angeles.

I've been to Tortilla Republic a number of times. The food is always great. We had a horrible table this time though. Right at the entrance, so on a Saturday night it felt like we were seated in the middle of rush hour on the 101. Maybe not the best place to have a table on super busy nights. Was kind of uncomfortable.

Food was yummy, atmosphere is nice, the staff was slow and I didnt get everything I ordered and I forgot to check if I was billed for it or not so that is unfortunate. I would return though!

I ordered the crab and lobster enchilada’s I would prefer more lobster than shrimp but that’s me being greedy and I love lobster. The sauce was delicious the plate was beyond filling for me. Oh and the bartender was amazing. I love a server that is keen on detail and has a good ear.

I’ve been coming here for many years but unfortunately the quality of the food has recently gone down and the service was friendly but not attentive.

Food was tasty, though a little pricey for what you get. Likely due to the location. The service was indifferent, particularly the hostess and to a less degree the waiter. The assistant who kept our waters filled and helped up as we were leaving was the best though.

Always enjoy my visits there. Great drinks and ambiance. Valet parking is a little high.

Everything was amazing, but the service was not. Waiter never came and checked on us and we were constantly having to flag him down. Also asked other workers to get the waiter for us and never followed through

Great food. Good drinks. A bit on the pricey side for what you get. But overall good experience.

Second time at this restaurant and second time VERY DISAPPOINTED with service. Would not recommend to family nor friends.

We wanted to grab few drinks at the bar before our table became available. They had One bartender at the bar and took him good 15 minutes to acknowledge us and and another 20 minutes to make four margaritas. When we got seated, our chips and salsa arrived in 15 minutes and never once we got refills during our dining. We’ve been there many times and I think they were having an off day!

I always enjoy the happy hours and this time we had dinner. it was national Margarita day, so it was rather busy, but it was a nice time. great drinks too :)

Birthday.
Bad service. Had to ask repeatedly for water, ice tea refills.
Asked for recommendation he suggested chiliquiles.
I added chicken. But, it came without chicken.
Food & service usually good. This was a terrible experience.

Please stop changing the menu

Amazing food! Short ribs chili verde is to die for. Octopus and chicharones is a must have for appetizer.

I've been to Tortilla Republic probably 5 or 6 times now, and have had wonderful service until this time around. We got a server that seems so self-absorbed and not friendly to us. He was friendly with other people, engaging and attentive, but for some reason, not with my group. I won't fault the establishment as there's always one or two underperformers in any place, so I still give the service 4 star, only at this visit.

Food is always good and the atmosphere is lively and fun

My server Dustin was a pleasure to have serve us the other night. As always, he is consistent and attentive. Available but not overbearing and generally carries himself in a good and wholesome manner. He’s nice and he’s approachable.

I’ll see you guys soon. Something on those Brussels sprouts changed. Not bad but I miss that old sauce— whatever it was. The New sauce is cute but honey! Bring it back.

Thanks for having us. Thanks for fetching that small silver spoon for my friend. She’s such a weirdo so that wouldn’t have been an ideal meeting without something whacky like that. You kinda poked fun but we all loved it and your delivery was iconic!

One of my favorite olaces

Terrible service waited over 30 minutes for our server to come to our table, service is terrible and wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Reservations were made for a birthday, nothing was attempted no dessert not even a birthday wish.

Our server was fantastic and very handsome. I wish I knew his name. The staff was so friendly and on it about refilling our drinks. We had a great time enjoying brunch.

It will be my best friend Deangelo’s 27th Birthday and his first time in LA. He has to enjoy this spot!

Great food, service, and ambiance. Always a go-to for special occasions.

Horrible experience. The host (tall, brunette lady) rude &snobby. We had an appointment @ 3pm and didn’t get seated till 3:40 all. But yet they had two tables available that seated 10.
The manager was also rude when I asked if we can sit in one of those table. He said no, I ask when would or table be ready we been waiting, he said I’m not a psychic to know that. Attached is his picture.
