呼び出しボタンが無いのに店員さんが居なくて、注文のたびに声を上げて呼ばなければいけなかった。

トラジの京橋が満席だったので、こちらに予約しました。京橋に比べれば、相当にカジュアルですし、煙が店内に籠もるので、店を出る頃には、身体中に焼肉臭が付きました。従って、一緒に行くには相手を選ばなければなりません。店内は広いですが、店員さんは気配りしてくれました。そこのところは、とても良いです。

料理も美味しく、こちらの質問にも丁寧に答えていただきました。席に店員さんを呼ぶボタンは無いのですが頻繁にテーブルを気遣っていただき、追加注文をお願いしたい時も困ることなく店員さんに伝えることができました。また行きたいです。

予約をして行ったのに、テーブル席で無いことに不満。コース料理を頼んだが、料理の出てくるタイミングがわるい。顧客本意では無く、料理の出来たタイミングが優先されている印象。空調の手入れがされていない。臭かった。会計時には、我々は予約した客という認識が無かった。

店員が少なくオーダーするにも不便、呼び出しボタンもない、トイレも違うフロアーで暗かった。また使いたいとは思わないし、人にも薦められない感じ

金曜なのに、当日予約できました。お肉もおいしいし（特に牛タンは厚目で美味です）、場所柄に反して、他のトラジ店舗よりは、穴場的な感じがしました。ミッドタウンでの買い物の後や、近隣での映画や舞台観劇の後でも、よさげです。

Consistently great yakiniku. We had the 5000-yen set menu which is exceptional value for money.

元旦からの営業されていたので、家族と食事でき有難かったです。忙しいとは思いますが、店員さんを呼ぶ際に目が合っても対応いただけない場面が何度もあり、接客面で大変残念な気持ちとなりました。テーブルにボタン式の呼び鈴などあったほうが良いのではと思いました。

サービスは、量などを気にしてハーフにするかなどオススメしてくれたりして、良かったです。ただ、ビルが古いからか換気がうまくいってなく煙が店内に立ち込めていたのが、少し残念でした。座る席にもよるのかもですが。立地はとても良かったです。ごちそうさまでした！
