大変美味しかったです。いいクリスマスを過ごすことが出来ました。メニュー表記についてなのですが、盛り合わせに何が乗っているのかそれが何枚なのかというのを表記して欲しいなと思いました。

夫の誕生日で伺いました。コースとは別に、お祝いのプレートデザートをサービスで出していただきました。事前にお伝えしていたアレルギーにも、メニュー変更など、細やかに対応していただきました。とても満足しております。また是非伺いたいです！

何度か利用させて頂いております。自分のイメージではお肉も価格の割にかなり美味しいイメージでした同席したお客様の満足度も毎回高いお店でした。今回はその中でも、もっとも悪く肉がよくありませんでした。タンはやたらスジが多く、噛み切れず。タンの見た目でも、あきらかにこれはスジ？コマ肉？・・・ってレベル。次回利用時に同様でしたら、残念ながら、もう二度と利用することはありません。

特に生たんが美味しかった薄切りでも他店と比較すれば厚切り。そして、柔らかい。カルビもロースも美味しく、すべてハズれなく頂けました。席も個室のため、とてもよかったです。たまたま、後の席の方が大声で会話を楽しまれておりん？と感じたこともありましたが、全般通じて、大変良かったと思います。また、次回、利用したいとおもいました。

分煙が無いのが残念。ゆっくり静かに食事するには皆無。特に掘りごたつの席はダメだね。二人で食事してる横に、騒ぐ団体を入れたり、ボタンが無いからなかなか呼んでもこないし。高島屋のトラジの方がまだマシです。東京駅の丸ビルのトラジとかは感じがいいので、この店舗と比べると残念な感じ。

個室な所はいいけど注文の際に店員を呼びにくいので呼びベル的なものがあればいいと思う。接客はいい方ではないが肉好きなのでつい行ってしまう。
