"Toraji" means Chinese bellflower in Korean. We are all devoting ourselves to continuously serve dishes based on the idea ”A balanced diet leads to a healthy body"" - that is to provide healthy and tasty food in a beautiful appearance like Chinese bellflower because we would like to be the restaurant that can think from customer's point of view. The first Traji restaurant in Hachioji city was opened in Celeo Hachioji 10F, a building directly connected to JR Hachioji Station. The restaurant has an impressive red art piece in the interior, and it creates a chic restaurant atmosphere. Starting from the ""Raw"" salty beef tongue, please enjoy our Yakiniku.

    8mmタンや、和牛カルビやその他色々なお肉を食べさせていただきました。本当にどのお肉も素晴らしい美味しさでした。また次回も使わさせていただきます。なんなら、トラジさんをよく使うので、トラジさん専用のポイントカード作っていただきたいです。

    家族の誕生日祝いで利用しました。 誕生日プレートをサプライズで用意してくださり、とても楽しい時間をすごすことが出来ました。 お料理はどれも美味しいものばかりでした。 ランチもお勧めです。

    家族の誕生日のお祝いで日曜日ランチに伺いました。 かわいいデザートプレートを準備していただき大満足！また事前の電話対応も丁寧でした。 ただ、当日のフォールスタッフの対応(まだ新人さんなのでしょうか？)ミスオーダーに関して謝罪が一言もありませんでした。 また、フォールでのスタッフの過ごし方も仕事中とは思えない緊張感のなさは残念でした。 お料理や店内の雰囲気、清潔感が良かっただけにサービスに関しては星☆1つです。

    両親と夫婦合わせて4人で予約の上、平日のランチで訪問しました。奥のとても眺めのいい席で、仕切られている半個室でした。お店は上品なインテリアで、空調も効いていて少し肌寒いくらいでした。トラジ御膳はお肉も付け合わせも上品なお味でとても美味しかったです。お肉の旨味も感じられて大満足でした。 ただ、ご飯のおかわりが150円と言われましたが・・・ランチなら無料サービスでもいい気がしました。美味しい焼肉でご飯がすすむのに残念でした。あと、付け合わせの量が少し物足りないと感じました。

    肉は美味しいけど、接客はイマイチです。塩味とタレ味の肉を注文したのに、小皿は一人一枚しか持ってこないし、テーブルへ料理を置く時も客の協力なしに置けない。 石焼ビビンバを注文したけど、温かいだけで、おこげはできないし、米はやわらかすぎるし。 肉のみかな。

    誕生日祝いと入学祝いで行きました。美味しいお肉を食べて大満足でお会計をお願いしたら、サプライズのデザートが！しかもプレートに、チョコで“お誕生日おめでとう”と”入学おめでとう“とデコレートしてあって、嬉しさ倍増でした。楽しい一時を過ごさせて戴きありがとうございました。
