It was an excellent experience, a perfect ending for a long weekend on Nantucket . The sommelier Jamie was particularly knowledgeable and hospitable . Food and ambiance superb.

Came from Florida to celebrate an anniversary , as noted in our reservation at the wauwinet where we were engaged 9 yers hence. Never any mention of that as we noted throughout the experience. Menu was depleted (did not know it was closing soon), changed (no brunch menu as told earlier when we called to verify to verify) sat outside as placed even though rain and strong wind, cold etc.. was present. Not given an option? Prices to the moon and a service profile high was far from the gold standard expected. Disappointed completely with experience never mind very high fares. Hey guys- you can do much better than this for the prices you demand? Very disappointed.

Food and service at Topper’s is truly outstanding. Prices are high for dinner in Topper’s but quite reasonable on the Deck.

My fish was disappointing fluke was salty and bland My spouse had the pasta w lobster and crab which he enjoyed Wine selection very good For the $ food should be exceptional It was end of season so it was quiet which was a positive Beautiful sunset before dinner was best part The resort is beautiful

We were celebrating our 30th anniversary. Toppers checked all the boxes for a special occasion - great service, great atmosphere, great ambience and great food. Service was attentive but not intrusive. My husband and I both had the halibut and it was outstanding. Artichoke and sweet potato appetizers were also excellent. We ordered the flourless chocolate cake and apple galette...and they were great. My husband is gluten free and didn't have a problem finding something to eat. As I read Trip Advisor reviews, I felt like some folks were surprised by pricing. So here's my public service - - - on 10/2/23, appetizers were $35 PP, entrees $75 PP, and dessert $25 PP (regardless of what item you ordered). Food was worth it.

This is a special occasion restaurant which is an exceptional venue for celebrating. The food is perfectly prepared and presented. The timing of each course is perfect and the service impeccable. The expense while substantial is well worth it but one should be aware of it before scheduling a visit. Everything is perfect.
