   Jessica was absolutely amazing. She was attentive and super helpful. Our order was delivered incorrectly and within minutes Jessica was back with the correct food. Overall she was fabulous!!!

   The concept is fun with a variety of games to choose from. However, the technology failed before our two hours was up. The staff did not offer any kind of compensation for that so we ended our night early. The ability to order food from within the casino allows for a wide variety of choices.

   I didn’t eat only drank and golfedso don’t pay attention to the food rating but otherwise yeah. Don’t go here, it’s not fun, you won’t like it. Leave it this spot alone and don’t go there… that way I can have it all to myself. I went solo cause my golf buddies live in Tahoe (most of them) and were too lame to make the drive. It was a Thursday and I had one bay for two hours. Again don’t go here, leave it alone so I can have it all to myself. Wink wink. Great spot, heat music, reasonable drink prices. I tried to recommend it to my friends but like I said they lazy and don’t wanna drive an hour for simulator golf with their homie on a Thursday night. Cheers

   Really cool! We played the actual Top Golf simulator, reminded me of the two Too Golf's in the Phoenix AZ. area.

   loved this place. really enjoyed that there are a variety of different games to play, and a couch for my elderly mother-in-law to sit. will definitely visit again.

    I will never go here again. The waitress forgot about us and we had to ask to get drinks. She was very rude. There was absolutely no food service. It’s a waste of money.

    Came here this past weekend for my best friends birthday, and We were one of the only two bays there, the other being one man golfing by himself, yet we still never got the drinks we ordered. We also got the time increased without our permission, and they were angry with us for asking them not to do that. We really just wanted sodas and maybe the occasional refill but after the horrible interaction in the beginning they only came back once to sneakily increase our time and then get mad at us. We didn’t even get our sodas. I work in service and understand people have hard days, so despite all of this I still tipped 20%, which felt generous at this point, and when she saw our tip she felt free to make a rude comment about how “we could have afforded the extra time”! Ridiculous service, so sad compared to our local Topgolf back at home which has amazing service.

    When I booked my reservation on Open Table, that’s apparently where everything went wrong. Somehow I didn’t see any option allowing me to choose how many hours we wanted to reserve the suite for. It defaulted to 1 hour. Considering the set up time, drink orders, and the time they start harassing you that your time is almost up (15min early), my family got about 30 min of play time. When we asked our assigned server if it was possible to extend our time at that 15 minute warning mark, she very kindly said she would ask her manager if there were any open spots. The very socially awkward manager came back to talk to us. She spoke way too quietly, and made what should have been a simple, “I’m so sorry, the spots are all reserved,” conversation into an at least 5 full minute conversation where I kept having to ask her to repeat herself, and she felt it necessary to squat down on the floor to talk to me like she was talking to a child! Less than 5 minutes later, this same manager came back and said to me what sounded like, “Tim’s here.” I had no idea what she meant, and when I asked for clarification, she pointed to the man at the foosball table who must have been the party with the next reservation. At this point we still had 7 full minutes on our reservation. Our whole experience was very disappointing. We have been to much better TopGolf locations that actually served food (here you have to order from the other casino restaurants) and had much better service. I would have given this review 1 or 0 stars, but our hostess was really very friendly and attentive, so I want to give her credit for salvaging this review from utter destruction. We will not be coming back here again.

    Reservation done online a week prior (the only way) NO consideration given to request for 2 hours in special request. No way to book for two hours. so, with 8 people (two with Birthdays) our experience for lack of a better word SUCKED. We had a cake in the car for said BD folks. Didn't even have time to surprise them with that. Upon leaving we did not see any group waiting for our declined lane, or any other. So for $50 and 3-4 chances to be up to play OUR experience was lame at best. The People running the show did not care, even after she read my notes, about the two hours. Too bad so sad. Being excited to take Birthday boy there, who had wanted to go for the longest time, was disappointed. We didn't even have time to finish 1 drink. There will be no reason for myself. and according to my group, for any of us to return rather less bring or recommend others to try your Top Golf. Somebody from your booking department should/could of contacted us to let us know we couldn't have two hours prior to our arrival. We were basically told too bad there isn't another hour available after your. We could of changed days for our first time there. We could of come earlier/later. Ultimately, we could of had a better experience had we not been so excited to surprise BD boy there. We could of came another time, but most of all we could of planned something funner for our two BD people that particular night. Thanks for the 1 hour and half a drink.
