Either Open Table dropped the ball or the hotel did. We made reservations at 8pm Sunday through the Open Table website and when we got to the hotel, the Top Golf feature was closed at 8 at the hotel. Poor communication between these two. Exciting night turned into disappointment as that’s the main reason we went. Hotel and Open Table need to fix this.

Not so private. Food is good but the menu is extremely limited. We all enjoyed it very much. My children had so much fun they wanted another hour, unfortunately it was completely booked. I suggest to book it for 2 hrs one wasn't enough.

They say "to praise publicly and criticize in private", but people need to know that what you see & hear on line about this Top Golf Luxury Suites location at Inn of The Mountain Gods is not a true representation of what it actually is!!

We thought this place would be the perfect place for my daughters 16th birthday while we were out of town enjoying some skiing in Ruidoso. Unfortunately, it was the opposite! To start... we thought we would have a "private' luxury' suite"; it was far from private & far from luxury. It was seating for 6 with a small table for the food & drinks. The menu was extremely limited. We did order the sliders and steak cheese fries... both of these were delicious and hot. So that's why I did give the food a 4. The service was one guy that had a personality of a car crash. We asked for the wifi and was told that it was for "guests only". What??? We were spending more money in 2 hours then a hotel room for the night. The other issue was the screen calibration was way off. Yep... not much fun playing a game of skill & accuracy when the screen isn't calibrated. Oh ya there was no restroom available? We had to go up two floors to use the restroom. Again, "luxury" & "private"!? NOPE!!

Lastly, I had to park our van on the other side of the now vacant rooms that use to be the resort. Again, why wasn't there parking available for people that aren't able to park their vehicles in the parking garage. There was an entire parking area available on top of the garage that was closed off & unavailable for guests. Makes zero sense to make your guests park in a vacant parking lot away from everything in a poorly lit area during a rain storm. Not to mention safety issues!

It has been 19 years since I last went to Inn of The Mountain Gods and was excited to see all the changes... unfortunately this will be our last time to go. Service was nonexistent EVERYWHERE... starting with valet & of course the service we received during our 2 hours at Top Golf.

Only negative is the servers kind of hang around and hover a bit because there are only 2 suites in the place. We were the only people in the suites so they were watching us, which is fine but was a little uncomfortable. They were all really helpful and hospitable.

I am so glad I checked out the top golf swing suite and the Inn!! I took my 10 year old son and 2 of my friends and we had a fantastic time. The games were fun and challenging and we can’t wait to go back again. A better food/drink selection would be nice but it didn’t create any less enjoyment of the games.

Went on Saturday night. Was very interesting. Had lots of fun. Staff was very helpful in showing us the different games on the screen. Service was great. We did not eat, so not able to rate the food.
All in all, it was worth the price
