   When I checked in with the hostess, she told me they don’t take reservations, but she did her best to get us a table as quickly as possible.

   The reason for the low ratings is that once we arrived at Top Draft and informed them of our reservation, they informed us that they did not take reservations. I showed them my Open Table confirmations, but they still denied our reservation. Can something be done about this?

   Made a reservation on Open Table. But got an email from Top Draft, an hour before reservation time, saying that they don’t accept reservations and would “seat you as best as possible”. Not sure why they are on OT.

   They don't accept reservations so this is a misconception. They are first come first serve.

   We are outside and it was a little loud when ambulances or fire trucks went by, but the view was amazing. Service and food was outstanding. I definitely recommend!!

   Very Satisfied with the experience. The only downside to the evening was a very limited menu being offered. Everything we ordered came out quickly, and was very tasty. Service was great before and after the concert!
