The food and service was outstanding. The oysters were so fresh and delicious. The scallops and crab appetizers were so flavorful. We opted for truffle butter on our steaks and it was the perfect accompaniment. It’s our favorite place locally to celebrate special occasions.

We went for my birthday and were surprised by a huge complimentary piece of carrot cake for dessert.

Food was great!! Service was excellent!! Will definitely return!!

Table for 4 and in a booth with a little bit of a view. I felt significantly socially distant.
Server was DAVID who greeted us with "Welcome Friends" - so very much more pleasing than Hi Guys!
His recommendations, his attentiveness, his level of energy was absolutely wonderful.
The food was fabulously delicious. I started with the escargot and followed with the lamb - so very delicious. My companions thoroughly enjoyed their Bone In Rib Eyes as well.

Top Cut is always a wonderful experience. Food always spot on. We try to sit in Justin’s section, as far as we are concerned he is the best server there1

Lamb and veal chops were excellent. However the steaks were over done. For the price could make them better at home.

The restaurant was very nice, the atmosphere and the windows all around made it very pleasant. Jill our waitress was fantastic and did a great job. For what food we received it was not worth the money. The music was a little louder then it should of been. With the wait staff wearing mask it was had to understand what she was saying.

I will start by saying this was my first visit to Top Cut steak house and it will also be the last...I will say the service was fine however the food was absolutely unacceptable at this price point. Both of the steaks we ordered were cooked incorrectly and for a steak house this is unacceptable. The rolls they bring to the table look and taste like the rolls from a grocery store as I’m sure they were. All of the dishes came out cold to barley warm. Unimpressed and will not return.

Top Cut is always one of our favorite venues because it offers wonderful food options and the utmost and courteous service! The atmosphere inviting and relaxing, with bird's eye view of the valley.

We had an excellent dinner! Our server Jill provided top notch server. The Manager greeted us upon arrival and stopped by during dinner to make sure all was going well. Highly recommend Top Cut for a great dining experience.

Very nice dinner they never let us down

As always, the food was extraordinary. The steaks were cooked to the perfect temperature and every bite was delicious. Our server Nick made the dining experience relaxing and very enjoyable. We live over an hour away and specifically spent the night in Bethlehem just so we could dine at Top Cut. We can't wait to return!

Was well look after but nothing outstanding, although they did recognise my wife’s birthday which was a really nice touch.

I know this is a steak house and my wife said her steak was excellent. However, I had halibut. The fish was dry and overcooked and salty. My wife also ordered Brussel sprouts, also too much salt. I will not go back.

Good service and meal

We had another wonderful meal at Top Cut last night! The steak was all cooked to perfection and the Chilean Sea Bass was an outstanding addition. We were celebrating a special birthday and it was a fantastic night out! I continue to recommend Top Cut to friends and business associates because they deliver every single time.

Great service, great drinks & amazing specials!

It was our first time going and it was better than we could have imagined.

Our waiter, Chris F. was really great. I think it was his first night and he acted like a seasoned professional. The matcha dessert truffles were amazing and the dry aged ribeye had more taste than you can imagine.

Everything tasted delicious and was well paced so we could enjoy it all. Ariana was a great server she was super attentive and made the experience even more enjoyable!

Great food & service, ambiance is wonderful, steaks are amazing.
