Tootles & French is a Wine Bar & Bistro located in the heart of Astoria, by Astorians for Astorians. In addition to 20 wines by the glass and over 100 by the bottle, our beverage selection includes wine-infused cocktails, sangrias, and specialty spirits. Our food pairings feature curated charcuterie boards, small plates, as well as full sized entrees and house-made gelato. Serving a new menu seasonally, we are proud of our Chef Jose Luis' unique take on American and French dishes with a Mexican influence and many more surprises. We have private lounge backspace to host any party or gatherings for up to 35 people!

Was recommended through a friend to check out this restaurant! It was a beautiful evening and we sat right at the edge of the restaurant that opened up to the sidewalk so we had indoor outdoor seating. We were immediately impressed by them being a nut free kitchen, which is huge for my friend who has a severe nut allergy. Service was top notch, and the food was mouth-watering delicious! Will definitely be back

food was exceptional. our server was very knowledgeable and recommended a great wine. they didnt seem to mind that only one of us did the restaurant week deal.

Wonderful food and amazing service. The Coq au Vin wings are a must! Homemade ravioli was superb! Fantastic and attentive service and staff.

Each course was playfully elevated, easily devoured and just all around beautiful. The thoughtful non alcoholic drink pairings made my night and allowed me a full experience that I don’t get to have at most restaurants who overlook the non drinking guest. Start to finish, a great night out.

We had a wonderful time. The service is always excellent and the food is delicious. The wine list is a gem- there are so many rare finds and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable about each wine in the list. Highly recommend. We look forward to coming back again soon!
