Tony’s remains the best location for a meal with a water view in all of CDA. The patio is gorgeous, seating options great, and a great cocktail program with an exceptional wine list. The food, however, has slid to a pretty dismal standard. The best comparison is that it’s quite similar to a meal served on a higher end airline’s business class. The protein is usually acceptable, the starch is room temp and unremarkable, and the vegetables seem like they were microwaved to the point that they have all become a greenish brown slop that no longer resembles an actual vegetable. Get the actual eating out of the way as quickly as possible so you can go back to wine and the view.

Service was really bad. Server was rude. Questioned our choices - haven’t had that happen before. Made sure “no substitutions” from the start because they were “too busy” though it was half full on a Friday night. I ordered pasta with vegan sauce. Server came back and said they were almost out of vegan sauce and needed to add regular to it. Then came back again and said “sorry - you need to choose something else”. Gave limited suggestions for anything dairy free. Ended up with risotto when I really wanted pasta. When he came to check on the food, led with “everything’s delicious?” (Pet peeve when they ask leading questions about the food)…and so on. Rest of staff seemed good - even the lady filling waters seemed to recognize that we got a dud for a server by the look she gave us. Wouldn’t waste my time or money going back.

We had a terrific dinner at Tony's! The food was perfectly cooked, the pasta sauces were amazing. Our waiter was great. The ambiance is cheerful and relaxed with the lake in our view.

Beautiful restaurant, well appointed and excellent views. Great service from staff. Appetizer and main course were very bland not much taste. Caesar salad salty. Would give it another try hoping quality of food would improve, reviewer typically likes all foods.

Simply fantastic from the moment we were greeted seated. Our waitstaff were so friendly and accommodating you think they were "family"!!! Of course, the menu has a multitude of choices that actually require some proper reading. SOOO, a glass of wine assisted in our decisions. AND, the fare was eccellente, as us Italians say. Directions from open table sent us out beyond restaurant on google. When we came to gravel road, we knew they were wrong. Turned around and found ourselves.
