Always enjoy a night out on the patio with the sun setting over the lake. Service is excellent and the food is delicious. Such a treat!

Local is best! The best local restaurant in the CDA area. Packed on a Tuesday night. What does that tell you? That Tony’s on the lake is a great place to go. A lot of regulars and even though it is a white linen service, the atmosphere is casual and fun. Oh, and the cleanest glassware I have ever seen. Impeccable. Especially the wine glasses.

This is a very nice place with, if you get lucky, a beautiful view of a beautiful lake. It is an older building with limited parking but has been updated inside to an excellent albeit somewhat noisy venue. Staff and servers are great, and specifically our table service was right on target. Just fast enough to be a well-paced meal, and slow and non-intrusive enough that we did not feel rushed. The food quality and taste were top-notch. Halibut was nicely done, gnocchi was very tasty, tenderloin cooked perfectly and paired with really fine tasting vegetables and blue cheese polenta, salad excellent, and appetizer (pulled mozzarella) still a winner. Drinks good but smallish. Dessert (limoncello cheesecake) was terrific. Experience diminished by noise sitting on patio outside mostly related to a large, loud group near our table. Not their fault for having a good time but beware if you are looking for a quiet and intimate setting. Downfall here is value. Prices are high for what you get. Gnocchi plate was, at best, size of a small appetizer, polenta with the tenderloin should have been twice the amount, and salad was small. Halibut and tenderloin pieces not unusually small for a restaurant but not generous either and, again, for price a few more ounces would go a long way to making the overall experience better. Definitely not a family place. We had similar overall observations about Tony's on our last visit here. We are locals and enjoy many of the area restaurants. This one is good and has the nice views if you can get the right table but is not on our frequent to visit list as their are other options in the area that you simply feel better about when you leave with a fuller belly and fuller wallet.

Always a delightful experience from start to finish. Tony's is one our favorite restaurants in CDA. The service is attentive, friendly and professional. Your drink is never empty and the bread plate is always full (and warm)! Do not miss the hand-pulled mozzarella, the beef carpaccio, and any of their pastas. Sitting outside is a MUST, so ensure your reserve an outside table to pair a great meal with a great view!

Nice facility with great views and ambience. Meal service was somewhat spotty, and some dishes were too salty.
