Tony's Di Napoli - Midtown
Its very nice ambience, loved it; great service. However didn’t like pasta and portions are huge
The noise level was so loud that we could not hear each other. The sat us in the lower level room with 2 very large and loud groups. One of the groups did not even stay seated , they were up and yelling the whole time. Not a pleasant experience . But our service was very good.
Great place if you are seeing a theater play, good price for the food & family style.
Great Restaurant! Food was fabulous! Had a wonderful time food and service was the best!!
I have eaten at Tony"s many times and have never been disappointed
Great food and environment for a group. Service was excellent and they worked with our need to make a show. Great place every for a birthday, party or place to gather.
A favorite for Italian near Times Square. Traditional feel. Great Wall art for Broadway. Delicious food options.
My friend and I tried the chicken covered in smoked mozzarella and red peppers with shrimp. Good portion for 2 sharing but not that flavorful. We also shared baked ziti bolognese ok but not alot of cheese. Sever was helpful in figuring out how to use my opentable reward.
We were seated downstairs, roomy and comfy but not much atmosphere. Main floor is were it's at. Apps and entrees were good size and very good!
Restaurant is well located, good food, good service and reasonably priced. Make your reservations direct with restaura t as opentable reservations did not reagistered at the restaurant which was a bit of an inconvenience.
Perfect dinner, setting, and location. Food and service were excellent. Location right across from show - Beautiful.
Very good lunch.
Great restaurant delicious food everything good i recommend
Great dinner. They held our reservation even though our whole party was late. Thank you. We had some newbies with us and they loved it as well.
Although the greeter could not find my OpenTable reservation, even after I showed her my res on my phone, she was able to seat us. Server was great, food even better. My wife said the chicken francese was the best she ever ate! My chicken parm was just a step below. Food portions were really big.
Classic Italian food restaurant I near Times Square! Great food!
The food was great and our service was excellent!
We made our reservation for 6:30pm and it was right on time. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday.
the food was very good and service was as well, but i wasn't aware it was family style. you really need to go here with a bunch of people. we went with 3 so that essentially one small plate and one large plate were small portions when divided up, but more than that would have been too much. if you go with alot of people you'll have more choices and enough food. plus downstairs is mostly large large groups. so very very noisy. we were one of the few tables with less than 4 people. upstairs there are more small tables but nonetheless it is still family style.
Our server was the BEST and the food was so good! Coming back soon!
Absolutely love Tony’s, we came from the uk for 5 days to New York and 2 of them we had dinner at Tony’s.
We all loved the baked Ziti and meatballs, the staff were friendly and efficient, we highly recommend this restaurant , and when we return to New York , we will definitely have dinner here.
We had a Great time and the food was outstanding as usual.
The restaurant was wonderful and even though it was in the Time square area We never felt rushed! The food was good and so was the service!
Staff was fantastic- attentive, personable and able to manage our large group easily! Food was delicious for teenagers and adults alike! Great experience!
Served Family style everything was amazing! Service GREAT. Def go back
Great meal and great service!
Always a good pre-show meal.
Always a good time with great good and excellent service.
we went late, after theatre, and the service was very good. The food excelent, very tasty
We were visiting NYC for the first time and decided to try this for dinner one evening. The food was delicious! Best Fettuccine Alfredo I've had in a long time. We ordered 2 plates of pasta (including the Spaghetti Bolognese) because I have 2 hungry boys, but it was so much food we took leftovers back to the hotel! My only issue was because it is so good, it was packed and incredibly loud. I'm fairly used to that though so it didn't bother us. We just talked louder. 😉. Thanks for making our trip so deliciously memorable!
Perfect for Pre Theater. Plan on 530 for an 8pm show.
An NYC staple. Large dining room, normally filled to capacity. Nice variety of standard Italian dishes. Food and service are good.
Excellent service and fantastic food! Unforgettable rigatoni a la vodka. Loud but still able to hear dinner companions. The food is well worth the wait!
Jamie was our waiter he was great !
This was amazing the food was first class and the service was brilliant, my family and I were in Italy less than 6 months ago and the food was no where near as good as this place. Would recommend it’s brilliant
Good spot for a quick, traditional Italian meal before a Broadway show. Convenient to the theatre district. Service was quick. Not a creative menu. Spaghetti and meatballs, red sauce cuisine. But good food. Not a place I’d suggest for a unique date or dining experience.
Family dining at its finest. We celebrated daughter’s birthday at Tony’s in early January. We ordered two main courses and one appetizer of meatballs. This was perfect. Server was very attentive. The chicken parm was delicious and the shrimp was too. Nutella cake was amazing. We sat downstairs - much quieter and cozy. Upstairs is loud and cramped.
Always excellent, one of our favorites!
Robbin our server was very short with us , forgot to put our food in. Was rude , never checked on us or anything. She got upset when we asked for hot water because we were freezing. Service was bad. Food was incredible.
