We always love the food here. We came this time for our 29th wedding anniversary and wasnt very welcomed at the door. Server was very on top of things but nothing extra or exciting for our anniversary. Table was cramped around others. So thankful the food was good because nothing else was or worth writing home about.

Sooooo disappointed!!! The meatballs were dry: just a big plate of spaghetti, raw tomato sauce ( even not seasoned) and 4 big dry meatballs. What a shame! Waitress was nut !

The service was excellent -- friendly, competent folks! I don't recommend eating on the main floor; it's noisy and a bit drafty. The food was inconsistent. Some dishes were better than others. In general, the seasoning was on the light side -- as if they are afraid to turn some people off. (If I want bland food, I would eat Kosher more often ...) The eggplant parmigiana was a bit overbreaded, but tasty. (The tomato sauces were all a bit more "sweet" than I am used to.) The osso bucco was much more dry than I expected, and even the good gravy could not help that too much. The ricotta cheesecake was excellent! Light and not too sweet! Beats Junior's any day! So, overall, our birthday dinner for my son was enjoyable and could have been even better! I grade it B+. The family style portions are large, which we liked.

It should be clearly noted on the menu that portions are meant for 2 Ordering Tony s chicken turned out to be a very bland meal So was the saltimbocca a bad choice Going by tony s ratings we were extremely disappointed The only good thing was the desert What a tremendous waste of food that ended up in the garbage A big thumbs down

This restaurant remains one of our favorite go-to places in the theater district. The atmosphere is very lively. They have a good wine list. Portions are delicious and plentiful. And the service is always top-notch. Highly recommended!

This bustling Times Square standard remains an excellent choice in Midtown with great food and service. Served family style, be sure your dining companions like the same things you do because the portions are huge. The only disappointment on our recent visit was the very tough beef osso buco. The waiter noticed that we hadn’t eaten much and without our asking, removed the charge from our bill. A class act!

This is a good, traditional Italian family restaurant. Checkered table clothes, favorite dishes and good drinks. Don’t be afraid to take the kids or a crowd. Reasonable prices and happy servers.

Dinner servings are family size only. For a party of two I strongly urge you get one appetizer and one main dish and split them. Even doing that you're likely to have a lot of leftovers. This is a theater crowd so it's VERY noisy on the main floor. The lower level is a bit less noisy.

Excellent as always. Great pre-theater dinner. Get the zucchini frittas and the chicken francaise. You will thank me!! The only thing I didn’t like was the red sangria. Was lacking the necessary fruit liqueurs. But tasted the espresso martini and the aperol spritz ordered by dinner mates and both excellent. Gregory was an awesome waiter. Attentive and knowledgeable but not too hovering.
