Tony's Di Napoli - Midtown
Service was impeccable & the food divine!!!!
Good food good service fair price
Portions were really big and very tasteful
The manager is a great guy always welcoming
My go to when I am in mid town
Go here everytime I’m in NYC! No place like It. Food is amazing.
It may be a pain, but I highly recommend being seated downstairs. Quieter and near the bathrooms for those with kids. Ok, so the food - EVERYTHING we ordered was delish! Grilled octopus, shrimp and artichoke oreganata, the grilled branzino, the AMAZING double cut pork chop - soooo good. The service was prompt and friendly and not too intrusive. Go there if you are in the theater district but make a reservation. It's family style so make sure you all agree but there are so many choices. You won't regret it.
Service was good, restaurant is very load and food was mediocre at best.
Food was good. Thought it was a little expensive $65.00 for lunch, that was no apps or salad or alcohol for 2 woman. We had spaghetti and meatballs and chicken franciase (the half portions.)
Tony Ds is one of the best Italian places in the city. Way better than Carmines IMO.
The food is DELICIOUS and the value is most outstanding!!!! The lively and noisey atmosphere is so New York! It was great! Service staff friendly, helpful, attentive!! A New York must do!!!
I would absolutely recommend this restaurant. The food was amazing and the service provided by Ken was excellent!
I brought my nephew up to New York for a show and dinner at our favorite Italian restaurant, Tony’s, for our Christmas celebration. The show was great, Little Shop of Horrors, dinner was fabulous, we got short ribs, shrimp and artichoke oreganato, penne pasta topped off with a latte and a chocolate mousse cake, fabulous!
As always, excellent meal at Tony's NYC in Times Square!
We had a party of 6 to celebrate my husband's birthday. The service and food were amazing! We will definitely be back!
They had the music up really loud that’s my only complaint. Food and service was exceptional.
Tony’s is a staple when i’m in nyc. I Love it there. It is loud but typical for Italian restaurants. 😁 Still able to hold a conversation though. The Tables are close also but all this is what makes the experience for me.
The food is great served family style except at lunch when you are able to order individual platters.
Worth a visit for sure!
I specifically said I had a dietary problem with onions and was assured what I ordered did not contain them. That was wrong. We were advised to order more than we could possibly eat and they cleared the food seeming as though they were trying to rush us out. Not a good experience.
Excellent time! Waiter Ceasser was attentive and food was fabulous! HVe been going for years. Like fine wine improves with age 😄
Great meal served by a wonderful server!!
Big two family dinner after a show... great place for big families
Awesome food. Great atmosphere and we had Zia as a waiter and he is just wonderful!
Fantastic food and service!
Friends getting together for the holidays
Great restaurant! Fast and great service, delicious food!
Great atmosphere and great food. Delicious! Our waiter, Cesar, was awesome and very attentive. Will definitely go back when we are back in NYC!!!
Absolutely the best food and service in Midtown!
You can always rely on the food quality being reliably consistent.
Tony's is a great spot to visit before a Broadway show. The food is served family style platters so couples may have to choose a common dish, but groups will enjoy the choices. The menu has traditional favorites but be sure to get an extra order of bread for the mussels' broth and to soak up tomato sauce. You will get in and out quick and there is a garage nearby. The staff is friendly.
This is my go to restaurant in the theatre district. I am never disappointed, whether I am with a big crowd or just a couple of friends we are always served by an energetic wait staff member with great quality food and prompt service.
Very good service and food, quite noisy
Pre-show dinner. Reservations encouraged. Wonderful experience with some of the best service we’ve ever had. The place was packed when we got there and because we had a reservation we were seated within a few minutes of arriving. Family style dining so one salad and one entree were more than enough for us. Will make this a regular restaurant for every visit to the city.
Holiday dinner for work.
Dining room was comfortable. Attentive wait staff. Food below expectations. Salad was disappointing as it was mixed greens and overwhelming amount of tomatoes and nothing else. For a signature salad, we expected much more, i.e. artichokes, roasted peppers, shaved parmigiana... Raviolis were good. We ordered chicken scaparielli and was told we couldn’t order it because it takes an hour to cook??? Why have it on the menu then. Ordered another chicken dish and the quality of the cutlets were of the lowest grade. Thick and fatty.
Great Waitress, Machalania, who took such good care of us. Food was absolutely delicious, prices great and very near our theater. Six women and all had a great time!
Great food! Love 1/2 orders! Quick service and friendly!
Imposible no cenar aquí si estás por la zona Times Square!
Our Waiter Petirie was extremely helpful in pointing out the menu. The food was delicious We had shrimp franchise and the parpadella that nights special pasta was delicious we all had dessert and coffee and that also was delicious. We will definitely return
Food was great, service was great, the restaurant can be very noisy.
Not the very best caesar salad but everything else was delicious!
The service was outstanding! I wish I remembered the waiter’s name. He deserves a commendation. The food was delicious, but the serving sizes have become significantly smaller.
As a party of 7, it was difficult to find available tables late at night in NYC. We made a reservation online for Tony's and were seated right away when we arrived. We were given a round table. Our waiter was welcoming and made suggestions for dishes to share that would suffice for our group size. The Caesar salad and fried calamari were excellent appetizers. For entrees, we chose the Chicken Parmesan and Fettuccini Alfredo. For dessert, we shared the standard Tiramisu, which was a large portion and sufficient for our group. Overall delicious food and excellent service.
Amazing food. Amazing service. Amazing atmosphere. I wish I had come sooner. The best dining I found in Times Square so far. I will probably go back tomorrow. The portions are huge. It tastes gourmet and authentic. Very nice.
