The experience was phenomenal. I absolutely recommend anyone looking for a beautifully ambient setting, to try this place out.
Fantastic! The staff is amazing and very attentive.
Not as good as our previous visits..
Always a treat.
High energy vibe
Food, service and ambiance was just wonderful. The Staff was kind, attentive and fun!
Tony stops at each. Table and makes everyone feel special
We were in town for a funeral and needed a restaurant last minute to accommodate a party of seven. This place did not disappoint. Everyone from the bar tender to the hostess to our server Thomas was awesome. We sat on the indoor/outdoor patio, absolutely stunning! And the food was great! I highly recommend you try this place. Thank You again to Thomas our wonderful server!
The brunch was spectacular! We are having our daughter's shower in September and was very impressed by the food and service. The atrium is a great venue! Looking forward to celebrating with family and friends!
My daughters first time there and she loved it! Lovely brunch outside. Can’t wait to go back
Gorgeous space, excellent service, wide selection of menu items and drinks. Excellent for a wonderful night out.
Everything was top notch.
Excellent dinner I will come back again. The waiter Jimmy was excellent and attentive. Tony was stopping by every table to meet people. The service was special. I would recommend for any occasion.
From the food, crowd and ambiance this place is top notch. They go above to accommodate and their customers service is exceptional. Outside eating area is great especially the swing seats. I live on Long Island and stayed at hotel a few months ago since then it’s worth the ride for us come back to eat.
We were at the Farniente tasting. The sommelier was entertaining and knowledgeable. We purchased a new wine based on our experience (En Route) Pinot.
We thought the venue was terrific on the terrace and look forward to the next event.
Overall the food was delicious, it was surprisingly crowded for a Monday night. The outdoor area (covered from weather) is louder but has a very cool vibe; the indoor dining is more quiet. Service was a bit slow, they seemed to be working out the kinks with new servers....we had a few times where we were brought other people's meals and desserts...(they all looked delicious). The prices are quite high but for a special occasion it was worth it. We had the Chilean Sea Bass....incredible, and the pepper-crusted tuna...all delicious and beautifully presented.
Amazing food, unbelievable menu variety, outstanding service, beautiful atmosphere! Will return very soon!
We went on a Sunday evening. We were seated (by request) in the patio. There was a large party that occupied about half that space, that seemed to have 3-4 members of the wait staff dedicated to them (fair enough). The issue was, the rest of the waitstaff, except for the busboys, seemed lost. It took forever to get greeted by someone who would take a drink order. One the order for our meal was placed, it seemed to get lost. Manager was very solicitous, he claimed that one of the chefs/sous chefs in the kitchen had to leave early, which I suppose is possible; but my overall impression is that the restaurant was understaffed, undertrained, inexperienced, and disorganized.
That said, the food was excellent. I would be willing to try them again, and hope that this experience would prove to be just a bad night for the restaurant and staff. Still when the prices are high end, it is reasonable to expect the service to be high end too, and it wasn't, at least not this time.
amazing food, amazing service and great staff. Highly recommend the meatball appetizer and west coat oysters
We always have a good meal here. Tony and his staff are fantastic. I would highly recommend this place.
The best! Service great! So much fun
What a difference between visits. The first time I visited this restaurant, it was amazing. This visit was absolutely terrible. First, Tony greeted us and ask what we were drinking - we asked for bottled sparkling water - which never arrived. 10 minutes later a waiter came over and took our drink order. I ordered a blueberry lemonade which was suppose to be prepared with muddled blueberries - but actually tasted like cheap pink lemonade and water complimented with a blue sugar rimmed glass that stained my hands and clothing. My friend's Old Fashion was not any better. We ordered the Short Rib Dumpling which were doughy and tasted raw! The Fritto Misto had broken and small pieces of calamari, 2 rock shrimp, and 3 pieces of zucchini. We finished our appetizers than starred at our empty / dirty dishes for 15 minutes! When the waiter came back, he said he was on lunch and that someone else was suppose to take over our table.
When we asked for the Specials, we were told that the chef did not have them ready. I was incredulous - We were presented with a dinner menu. IF YOU'RE OPEN FOR A DINNER SERVICE, HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE YOUR SPECIALS READY??
We ordered our dinner, I had a pasta dish which was not only overcooked but completely over sauced. My friends said their meals were "okay, not great".
Overall not a good dining experience!
It was our daughters 16th Birthday. So much fun! We had 2 separate tables outside. They timed our meals well and made dessert fun! It started to rain a bit and they were able to close the roof. Definitely a great celebration spot, especially in the summer!
Great dinner ! First time there and the service was amazing and so was our waiter it was my two year anniversary with my boyfriend and they definitely made it a night to remember will be going again soon !
A M A Z I N G as always!
Food was delicious, it can get crowded pretty quickly but after receiving our food it's easy to see why. The owner Tony made a point to come to table to introduce himself and see how we were enjoying the evening. Atmosphere was beautiful and a perfect setting for date night. Service was great from the front door to the table. Definitely will be back!
Great food,friendly service,
And always consistent best restaurant
In the state
Excellent night at the J House! Great for special occasions!
Food was good but they forgot things that were supposed to come with what we ordered. The server was great and very nice but then all of our credit cards were charged incorrectly and still waiting for the credit back. I’ve been there before and had a great experience so I was disappointed.
Steak was good, but truffle pasta too much oil/butter, felt sick after.
Great place that provides the entire dining experience. Wonderful ambiance, great and friendly service and excellent food. You pay for it for sure…but I’ve paid more at other places and gotten much less. A great overall experience! Well done Tony!
Very pretty Resturant but very very over priced.
The atmosphere was superb. The food is good though a bit over priced and the service was slow.
Outstanding service, delicious food.
Food was delicious, drinks were tasty and the waitstaff were all friendly and outgoing!
While from the Sushi Bar was very slow, our waiter did not charge us for the Roll. They were very gracious.
This is just constructive criticism and I hope you look to improve and make the adjustment as you see fit and to keep it in mind. This is by far my favorite place but I was disappointed in my lunch especially Chicken Martini. Chicken was very thick the flavor of sauce tasted burnt and no flavor. Usually chef adds a delicacy in flavors. This was not one of them. Still my fav place just not happy with lunch. We love sitting in garden area but requested to sit inside because the doors and fans were going out on patio and all we smelled was the garbage from the dumpsters.
