entrega de víveres a destiempo es decir defasados, porciones raquíticas, carta pobre, cobro después de 3 intentos con tarjeta hasta la 4a. pudieron cobrar. Le recomiendo al dueño o responsable se dé una vuelta a algún tony romas de USA, para que observe las porciones y precios, eso es lo que uno espera de su restaurante. cuando lo igualen me avisan.

Se sentía cierto "rush" del mesero por atendernos bien que no nos dio tiempo/ espacio para decidir por nuestros platillos, una vez que lo hicimos: 1. Nos sirvieron un platillo que no solicitamos. 2. Un platillo venía incompleto. 3. Para preparar una bebida tardaban cerca de 20 minutos 4. Las costillas estaban secas. Conozco Tony Romas como un buen lugar al que asistía con mi familia en Polanco, por lo cuál la experiencia en Veracruz fue un poco diferente, el lugar ni siquiera estaba lleno para justificar esos pequeños detalles, ojalá se apliquen para que el lugar levante. Saludos
