Tony Roma's - Anaheim
It was a pleasant visit and I wasnt too concerned about my toddler being a maniac. There were lots of other children. But there was a homeless women washing and changing in the bathroom, and management didn’t seem too concerned.
Great for lunch or dinner when at Disneyland. Only 10 minutes walk from Disney gates but way better food and service and better prices.
Food and service was great. However when we got there we were not on the wait list. We were seated right away though since there was no other party waiting.
Ribs were tough. We were seated in the bar and it was loud, no other available seating.
Soup and salad not included any longer, a disappointment. Just wasn't the great experience we had anticipated.
Nice, food is great.
Ribs going downhill. Won’t recommend. Used to love the ribs.
We went to Disneyland and thought it would be best to go out the park and eat some where better. We got to Tony Romas and we waited to get waited on for over 15 mins after we got seated. No one ever came to ask if we Ted refills or if we needed anything else. Overall experience was terrible will never go there again! Worst part it wasn’t even crowded and there was no one there! Now I know why! The service sucks!
My family and I always visit here when we’re in Anaheim. Food is always plentiful and tastes amazing. Service is always excellent. Good for families. Moderately priced.
Great food great service
Company sent me a BOGO for my birthday. Was not recognized by the server or manager until I emailed a copy of the coupon.
Parking is atrocious at the Anaheom location. You must park in their lot, which in my case was blocked off by a recent accident, or you will pay an exhorbitant amount.
I don't recommend getting their food to go. It doesn't travel well, and was not that warm to begin with.
Given the price, parking, and food quality I will not return to this location. Thingsxwere much better at the Fullerton store, which is now closed.
This place is consistently good!!!! We travel here often and always good. It’s one of my favorites. Don’t change anything tony Roma’s Will look for a tony Roma’s near my home. Thanks for a great meal and great time
It's beside Disneyland, so it's crowded and loud. Staff was excellent at being attentive and clearing plates. Food was pretty good. Some of the ribs were a bit tough, but others were tender. House bbq sauce is delicious. Moderately priced for decent steaks and ribs, and one of the better dining choices for that strip of hotels that Disney-goers stay at. Don't go unless you are staying at a nearby hotel and are ok with Disney guest crowds. They were able to accommodate cooking a vegetable differently than they usually do.
It was for my wife’s 30th birthday. Seated 12 people without a problem! Food was out fast and delicious! My first time ever going to a Tony Roma’s. Definitely would come back again!
We dined with a party of 7. We had a reservation and were seated immediately. The waiter was very attentive to our table for food and drink service. We have dined here in the past and will definitely do so again on our next visit to Anaheim.
This was one of the most depressing, dirty, and overall pathetic excuse for a restaurant. Being right across the street from Disneyland, I expected better. What I got was a disgusting display of culinary defeat. We should have walked away, but somehow it had 4 stars on Open Table. What drunk, idiotic, no taste pallet person would rate it that high is truly a sad state of the America. The Salad my wife got- A fried Chicken Salad- I mean how can you actually make a salad taste less dull. The chicken had a zero taste- I mean- how do have fried chicken tenders have ZERO taste- Cardboard would taste better. My daughters, grilled chicken sandwich, how can i put this nicely- I would rather her eat a raw chicken and risk death, than what they served her in her body. The lady that served us, she was nice and was not surprised that I wanted a refund on what they call "Food". I would not even box up the leftover- which- lets face it was the entire meal, and serve it to the homeless. I bet they would rather starve than eat that "Food". If you see a Tony Roma "Resturant" RUN AWAY. Do NOT ever eat here. You have been warned.
Awesome service and food
Maybe they do not care as much about customer service because vacationing customers don't tend to return, but this location had very poor customer service. The entrees at our table started coming about 3 minutes after receiving the salads and soups, one of which was forgotten. The food for our table of 8 came out at 4 different times, the last of which came out over 10 minutes after the first entrees arrived. Basic items like water, ranch, etc. had to be requested multiple times. No apologies offered, just a super cheesy smile.
We decided to come for our 2 year dating anniversary and it was so wonderful!
Awful food awful food awful food horrible food and awful food
Long time part of our Disneyland visits. Have always gotten good food and good service.
Great seevice, yummy New York strip, cooked medium like I ordered.
Good food and great location. We were visiting Disneyland and wanted to leave the park to eat. It was within walking distance. Very good food and was not noisy. Something we wanted after spending time at the loud parks.
Only one thing to say ... if the ribs are their specialty....I’m going to leave it at that ...,
The best ribs on the planet! Love the sides and onion loaf, too. Excellent service.
Very reasonable considering you are less than 1000' from Disneyland where the same meal would be triple the price! Server started off a bit hurried but soon relaxed and even cut a us a break on a substitution! Food was good, hot and quick! Reservations via OpenTable was a breeze!
Poor food and bartender not good with mixed drinks. No ice in beverages .
Salads were soggy and steaks were of very poor cut and quality
Really good spot to grab something to eat, sit down and let the kids relax while taking a break from Disneyland. Good food and good wine/beer selection.
I love bountiful beef ribs and Tony Roma’s seems to be the only place to find them. Anaheim is the best. The one in Vegas doesn’t/didn’t have them when we went a couple of years ago. I was very sad to see them leave Utah.
Food was good
Service was friendly and fast. We had a good time.
Great option for a reasonably priced dinner close to the park. We went at peak dinner time so it was a bit noisy with kids and families but the service was still really good!
With Tony Roma's disappearing around the West Coast it was good to eat there while on a trick to Disneyland.
Excellent. Great service from Eli. Delicious food and it was served promptly
Noisy rib joint that could accommodate a large party. When we arrived we gave them all of the information for our reservation they looked us up and found us then the host asked for our information again to add us to the wait list instead of seating us per our reservation. Once we were finally called they attempted to seat us at two tables back to back instead of a table large enough for our group, this was unacceptable to our party, but their only solution was for us to wait close to an hour for a table that could accommodate the entire party. This was a ridiculous solution for a party that already had a reservation that was now about 15 minutes past due before seating. We wound up at two tables end to end, less than ideal in such a noisy venue, but made the most out of it.
The server handled the large group with ease and everything came out correctly. The food was delicious and the rest of the dinner went off without a hitch.
Food very good. I had salmon and my husband had ribs. Food was hot and huge portions. Grandkids were well handled and their food came out first as requested.
It was very cold because they had the air conditioning on at 10:00 at night. It was unbearable, we had to eat quick.
Great spot to sit outside and enjoy a great meal. Liked being able to book online since we didn't have easy access to a phone.
We had made a 830pm reservation but because of a medical emergency we were unable to keep it. The manager worked with us and allowed us to come in at a later time.
Good quiet place to have a nice dinner date. Very clean overall. My date ordered the shrimp scampi (which she adored) and as for myself I went with the rib eye, med rare, perfectly cooked. Had 6 heinekens, all came ice cold. While she ordered 2 glasses of moscato wine, also served chilled to oerfection
Good food, bad service.
