We were waiting over 15 mins to be served. We ordered drinks. They came after another 10 minutes. Then we told a staff member that we were ready to order. The staff member said they would send someone right over. We waited another 10 minutes before a member of staff came over and told us that nothing was available out of the whole menu except pizza. We decided to leave as this was ridiculous. We asked to settle up for the drinks which took another 10 minutes even though I think the drinks charge should have been wavered due to the inconvenience caused. To my surprise we were still charged for the drinks. Just atrocious service from start to finish

The restaurant was freezing, the card machine was not working, the food was not great, especially the carbonara which has split and was swimming in greasy butter.

It was very cold in the restaurant but the pizza sizes were massive. Lunch offer for pizza is nearly half price than for dinner so definitely value for money

Arrived at 7.50. Got seated. Finally someone came to take our order at 8.20. Waited till 8.50 for our food. My pasta was cold and told them. They took it away and just put it on a different plate and it was still cold. The other plates of food were just adequate. Very disappointed and definitely wasn’t worth the money. I’ve been to the one at the omni centre and everything was amazing and definitely won’t be going back there

Restaurant was cold, waiting staff and chefs were arguing with each other in Italian across the restaurant floor, food was sitting on hot plate for a while before being wandered about with then put back up for a period of time before then being served to wrong table, took over half an hour to get our first drinks which actually came after our started had eventually found its way to our table. This was a Valentine’s Day meal for myself and my partner and was an absolute disaster. We often eat at this restaurant when in the area but will now be finding somewhere else to dine.

Went there for Valentine’s day dinner and booked the table for 0715. Restaurant was ok not busy and not quite, exactly what we needed but it was on a cold side. Took 10 minutes to shown our table and another 10 minutes for the order to be taken. The main concern was the environment where we want to spend our valentines dinner was not good at all as the team were short staffed and were most of the time arguing amongst themselves which we heard clearly. This has completely spoiled our day as the manager and one of the staff were continually arguing for the work and at the same time the staff had his own break and was having his dinner and arguing with the manager. The counter was full of food with no one to pickup and dont know when our drink were supposed to come. After waiting for 35 minutes our drinks arrived and then our starters, by this time my mood was off but didnt wanted to spoil my wifes and daughters day so didn't say anything and in the whole disgussed environment finished our meal and left. Wanted to have some quality time with few drinks and good laugh but the whole environment where the staff arguing amongst themselve and non existence service, i will think twice before coming and recommending the fort kinnaird branch. Over all i live tony macaroni but this incident when you plan your whole day to spend some quality time and being ruined like this, completely unacceptable. Management need to look in to it.

We ordered Caesar Salad, Spaghetti Bolognese and pizza. Only pizza was ok. The salad had partially burnt chicken and no egg. Bolognese had watery sauce (which happens when it is not stirred for longer) suggesting it was on the plate long before our order. It also had parmesan mixed in it. The only reason I can think of was that it was someone elses leftovers as they only sprinkle cheese when you ask for it (brrrr... I don't even want to think about it...). In addition they mixed up our drinks order. And the cherry on top - they include service charge in the bill regardless if you want to tip them or not. We will never be back there again.

Starters took 50min when they came toast was hard and cold, so they made more toast took another 10 min,mains came chips we burnt and chicken dry, the experience second time still 0!!!!!

I booked a table for 3, to celebrate my Mum’s Birthday. With myself, my Daughter & my Mum. And I wasn’t wanting anything free or to be treated spacial ect, but I did expect to not be waiting over 45 minutes for our food to come. In the end i had to ask our waiting staff how long it be, one table sent their plates back 3 times so clearly we weren’t the only ones not very happy on Wednesday. They ladies had their coats on, had done for most of their visit , so thats how I also knew. That they felt my pain & also felt the cold. It was absolutely FREEZING, more than half of all customers, were sitting in their coats. I think the only people who felt the heat was the two guys cooking, the kitchen porter. And two waiting staff, and thats only because. They never stopped the full time we were sitting, especially the female. It was clear that the place was under staffed and no matter how good the staff were with everyone. They weren’t even going to get ahead. Absolutely disgusting to do that to loyal staff, as most people will take frustration out on them. I worked in a restaurant before though so I totally understand that it wasn’t staff’s fault.
