Tom's Urban - Washington

For us the food was ok. Food was not that hot and the beer wasn’t cold enough. I like and expect ice cold tap beer and it wasn’t. Service was pretty good. We may or may not eat there again. S’mores dessert was really good tho.
Very dissatisfied with food and service. Would not return to experience sub par service and food again
Everything was great.. speedy service on a very busy night.. my whole party enjoyed their meals and will be back 😁
Took 20 minutes before we even seen our waitress. And at least a other 10 before we even got our drinks. No water offered. Waitress was absence most of the meal. Others people served us more. Out of 3 meals 2 the eggs were way over cooked. Sent my husbands back 2x. Asked to speak with manager and that took awhile and she did comp his meal but apology was weak.
Great food and prices. Wide variety of food and drinks. Can get busy so expect possible slow service but worth the wait. I would just advise to know your menu item and what comes with it because one time they forgot our side item and we didn't notice til end and it was not comped.
Our experience was average. The place looked pretty good, the service was pretty good, but the food was average and the cost was too high for the food quality.
Drinks were good. Food was hit and miss. I do not recommend the loaded tots, but the Prime Rib sliders were fantastic. Our server was top notch and even changed the game to what we asked for. Definitely not a romantic atmosphere but was certainly a fun time for our date night.
Great food and cocktails and atmosphere. It is a sports bar so it is loud and fun.
Prime rib dip and loaded tots...yummy!
The food is always great at Tom's. Every item is so yummy!
I have been to Tom's Urban several times. Each visit has been enjoyable. Always a friendly welcome. Good food and great service each time.
Overall good experience. Lots of beer choices. Sliders were excellent. Smores dessert, steals the show!
Good food, good service.
Noisy, with lots of TV's playing different channels many with sound which results in too much annoying & conflicting noise.
Great food and enjoyed the dinner with family. Will return
Fun atmosphere, quality food and good service . Great place to grab a bite to eat prior to a show
Was a good place to meet up with friends and with a variety of menu items. A bit pricey, but food was good, and bar tender was a great conversationalist.
I love that you can make reservations. That is a plus. The location is not smokey from the people on the floor which is another bonus. The people are upbeat and friendly. Our service was good and the food was good. Nothing to write home about but it was still good. I must admit that I enjoyed the huge beer. It came with 2 handles.
We went for our annual Christmas Dinner out. The food was good but the garlic fries were not. The service was good & the waiter was attentive. A word of warning- don't let the wait staff talk you into a larger drink without finding how much it is, my large bloody mary was $20.00 & not worth it. The restaurant is a sports bar so it has lots of TVs all over and very loud.
I thought the food was good. The only thing was my daughter-n-law had some shrimp salad and got sick from it. It was a great place for the grandkids. They watched whatever was on the TV monitor.
Keegan the waiter was the best part of the evening!! Attentive and overall great service!
Mmm mmm brunch!
Salad was bland. Needed something to make it special enough to warrant the price. Service was excellent. Noise level you call energetic, I call noisy.
Food was everage, service was too slow (always) . Not going back any time soon.
Excellent food and lots of choices. Atmosphere very loud. Service was lacking on this visit. Server was chewing gum and kept passing us by with empty glasses. But the time before service was excellent so its a crap shoot on service.
Brett our server was spot on as usual...a very personable young man 😁👍Yummy pancakes for me and a huge omelet with all the fixings for my man at a great price. Make this place your spot to stop and eat while at Ilani
Typically Toms has great service. Not tonight. Nothing was right. Orders took forever, orders were all wrong, incorrect food was brought out (not once, but multiple times)...even after we spoke to a manager, it continued to happen. Felt like we were on a game show, because it got that ridiculous. When the right food started coming out, 90 minutes later, we all cheered. It didn't end there. All of the bills were mixed up, happy hour items were charged at full price. Two managers and 3 servers were involved at this point. They couldn't even get the "How we're going to make it right" right. Server told us we were only being charged half our bill, manager said we were getting free dessert. In the end, we got some dessert and I paid for one additional beer that I didn't get on top of a full bill. At this point, I was just happy we weren't in a hurry because it became amusing. I just hope this isn't a regular occurence because we do enjoy Tom's. PS...we had a reservation in advance and we were there for a Birthday. Party of 7. Not a huge group.
The steak was awesome although overpriced, should have come with 2 sides and bread/roll for that price.
Seahawks and Mariners were playing on the TV's and the sound from the Seahawks game was way too loud amd made it difficult to carry on a conversation. Great place for sports fans, but not for those who don't like sports like me and my guest. Staff never introduced themselves or asked if this was our first time or offered up any food or drink suggestions.
Again, good food, but can't afford to come here again
the food was great as was the service but the music was so loud we couldn't hear each other.
Happy hour rocks at Tom's urban
First time going, was a good experience overall. I thought it was incredibly overpriced for what you get, I believe our $6 tater tot appetizer came with 10 tater tots...maybe 12. Would never get those again, I can buy 3 bags from the freezer section for that and they weren't special that's for sure. My chicken club sandwich was very good, fries were disappointing. I ordered garlic fries and if that's what I got I must be missing something. The sandwich saved the day though, the bun was out of this world. The beer cheddar brock soup was good too, but we ordered three and the amount in all three were drastically different, which was very strange if you ask me. Waiter was okay, nothing special that I would recommend. With the other options at Ilani I'm not sure I would go back to Tom's Urban over MJ's steakhouse and Rose and Thorn, they were both much better. I give it good still though for the sandwich....it was GREAT.
The wait staff seemed underwhelmed to serve anyone...even though I was very friendly. They didn't seem to care about the food, or their guests. I assume that because this is inside a casino, they think people don't care about the food, they are more about the cocktails. It just seemed like being waited on by a Denny's waiter. I was disappointed.
Great food, reasonably priced, great service. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Best restaurant inside a casino.
First time here. WONDERFUL flavor on the eggs Benedict. Service was a little slow especially since it was not that busy.
Fantastic experience as always! Keep up the great work
Food was ok. Absolutely nothing special. Typical chain restaurant food. Service was FANTASTIC!
Great food as always.. love that French toast!
Excellent as always
