Very disappointed in the food - not sure why folks are giving such high ratings but a burger or salad at a fast food joint would have been tastier and much cheaper. The burger bun was stale and the large salad came with a small container for dressing which we had to ask for more. Had to ask several times for our drinks to be refilled. Sat at the outside patio and people watched.
We were in Vegas for five days and this was hands down the worst meal we had. The food sucked and our waitress was more interested in watching the football game than serving us. IT was a complete waste of time and money.
Another great meal at Toms. So fortunate to have this local eatery and bar. Always consistent service and food, sometimes hard to get on the Strip. But Tom has done a great job with this establishment and has the right people running it for him.
Food was fantastic, but service is slow. Love the patio outside.
Food quantity and quality was good, but service was so slow, and the restaurant wasn’t even crowded. Perhaps it was just our server who was slow (Oscar) because the others looked like they were on their toes.
Main food came before we finished the appetizer
Never got a chance to try anything or even get in. They canceled my reservation due to a total buy out. 😡 So we were left empty handed and had to scramble for a last minute reservation elsewhere.
They texted me after the reservation and said they were being bought out. They were closing
We were disappointed with the service and main dishes, though all of the sides/small plates were good. It took more than 10 minutes to receive our drinks: bottle of prosecco & 2 beers. We constantly had to track down our server. The food was just okay. We ordered the crispy brussel sprouts, pickle brined crispy chicken (which is just VERY breaded chicken fingers with good sauce) a side of the street corn, chimichurri steak with a side of mac & cheese, chicken club, fish tacos. We won't waste a meal here again when Vegas has so many other options.
Dirty. Servers were distracted. Food less than delicious.
Really enjoyed the at table magic show. Amazing
The best thing about Tom's was the service. The food was expensive for what you received. The taco portion was laughable - 3 tiny tacos for $16.99. The bacon guacamole burger was ok, but the Patty lacked seasoning.
Good food. They don’t serve shakes anymore, which is what I heard all about and wanted to try. Staff was attentive and accommodating but there were some things we noticed. We would return though!
Came here for a bachelorette with 10 girls. We sat outside and did bottomless mimosas and it was FANTASTIC! Such good service and ambiance. Bridal party was raving about it. 10/10 would recommend.
Went there with a large group for wife’s birthday. The food was phenomenal. The Philly and the lobster mac was great!
$25 for one bloody marry? wow. also rubbery pancakes and cold cheesy tots
Great food and nice staff. We enjoyed our dinner and didn't feel rushed so we could visit with friends!
Thank you Tom's Urban, Great work!
Dinner was fabulous as per usual, filet mignon and burgers
We have been several times food is good. Portions have gotten smaller.
Excellent meal and service
We truly enjoyed the selection of food and drink choices Tom’s Urban offers. We also enjoyed happy hour specials prior to eating our entrees which were delicious! The jumbo shrimp and cheesy grits is a dish I would order again and again and again! Try Tom’s Urban, you’ll love it!
Good food and large menu. Three fried chicken tenders very good served with extra large cornbread pancake which was good but much too large. My husband ordered a double shot Long Island iced tea and it cost $24.99 so be careful when ordering cocktails. Atmosphere ok open restaurant and not cozy or romantic at all. Other people had salads which were huge. We would probably return
Gr at dinner as always and my mum almost managed the whole burger
We had 2 burgers 1 filet and 1 New York Strip 16oz all were delicious
Very nice to see they have gluten free options, lacking major flavor.
My daughter said her meal was one of the most delicious meals she's ever had. The fish tacos were great.
Service was slow, food was mediocre , prices were high
Great time. Great location , fun time
Good food but nothing special. Nice atmosphere and a good value for a meal on the strip. Drinks were expensive and watered down. Server was anything but attentive even though the place was nearly empty. I can’t say I was disappointed in the meal but it’s not a place I’d probably go back to.
We were looking forward to returning to Tom's since we enjoyed it so much last July. The return this May was very disappointing. The menu was ridiculously pared down - the choices we looked forward to had been reduced to burgers, a few salads and a handful of sandwiches. My beer (a Guinness) was literally watered down. No deep, creamy taste of the well known Irish draft - Just a 75/25-ish mix of beer and water. Frankly, it was disgraceful. The food was tasty enough, but I could have found such any where on the strip. My friend's drink advertised rum, but i was stumped if I could find any. Finally, the waiter said our Tacos would be right out, when reminded we didn't order tacos, he scurried away only the return a few minutes later to say "the kitchen was very baked up" . The place wasn't half full on a Saturday Night - Translation "I forgot to put your order in..." . Disappointed and not happening again....
The unlimited mimosa was amazing and worth the 20.00! The tables are small for the big plates. The service was ok, could have been better since we were there during the week! Worth going though! Food was amazing!
The service was great from our server, but it took a long time for the server to come to the table. It wasn’t his fault though, the hostess seated us at his table during his break! Once he was there though, he was awesome!
We had some issues with our hotel room so we were given a $50 credit... so we came here. My steak was dry and had little to no flavor...but the fries were ok. The waitress took our order and disappeared until our food was about to come out... then we didn’t see her again until we received the check to pay. The music was way too loud to enjoy any kind of conversation. And I watched employees yell at each other... there’s a time and place but that wasn’t it... I wouldn’t recommend eating here unless you want just ok everything
The app requires rating of all categories or I would have only rated noise level. The noise was so loud, we didn't stay for dinner.
The food was fantastic! We had a small snafu with our order but the manager came over to explain the situation. He immediately fixed the issue and he stopped by the table again to make sure everything was perfect when our food was served. Caesar, the manager was overly generous with taking care of our problem.
Will definitely eat here again when I’m back in Vegas.
Went for brunch. The cornmeal pancakes with fried chicken was amazing! Our server Maggie (I believe was her name) was th BEST server we had in 4 days on the strip! I definitely will be back!
Our server was great! Great menu options for people with dietary restrictions. Great cocktails.
"I love the relaxed feel of this place. I definitely would return to try more dishes.
Food was great service was great the bars are great awesome place to eat very seldom do we eat on the strip but we do now
Service was S L O W! Waited 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge we were seated. An hour later our food arrived cold. Not worth the cost!
Food was horribly greasy and unappetizing. For an $18 drink, not sure much alcohol was included. Service was good. Nearly $80 for a couple of burgers and drinks that did nothing for us.
