We serve eclectic Japanese-American cuisine and serious wine in a former adult video store. Since opening, Tomo has received recognition as one of the country's best new restaurants by Esquire and Robb Report and has been nominated for Outstanding Wine Program by the James Beard Foundation.

Chef Brady Ishiwata Williams’ menus are personal, and feature outstanding ingredients prepared simply and with confidence.

Our wine program highlights rare and ephemeral wines made by creative, principled people. We also serve a variety of classic and seasonal cocktails, emphasizing small-batch spirits and quality nonalcoholic options.

    When booking, no tables were available. Booked the bar for me and my wife (she’s very pregnant). I wrote asking if any two tops open, we’d love to move. We get there, plenty of open two tops but I figured already reserved? Nope, left empty all night. Shoulda asked but maybe they could read the requests when tables are reserved? New waiter, forgot some of our order, some wrong items. She made it right though. I cant fault her, she was working hard and had no help behind the bar. Food is excellent though.

    Our visit was equally fun and delicious - we had a hard time choosing what to order and will be back so we can try the rest. The servers are all attentive and friendly and made great recommendations! We can't wait for our next visit.

    I wanted a special dinner for my Birthday and it was. The food was fun and delicious. We had the family feast which was perfect since I like to try different foods that I won’t be cooking at home. I would go again even for just one or two items. I loved the originality and creativity of the dishes.

    Lovely dinner at Tomo with my son - great food, good pacing, supported time to talk and catch up. Pork chop was unsurpassed. We got an extra helping of shops/lettuce wraps. Only suggestion is that dessert, while fun, is just not as lovely as real tiramisu in any way, because ice crystals are not equal to custard cream. And … bench was comfy, tiny chair with thin padding was not. Suggest upgrading chair seating. Overall a wonderful experience. Please clarify that the 22% tip does go to staff and not just to “Tomo”.

    We had a great experience at Tomo. From the host to the server to the chef, all were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We found the menu to be full of favorites, but with a few fun additions. Enjoyed every bite.
