Tommy Chicago's is a Chicago-style pizzeria. This restaurant is designed to look as though it could have been taken right from the streets of Chicago. Everything from the decor to the music played throughout the dining room is an homage to Chicago and it's iconic version of pizza. While there are many non-pizza options at Tommy Chicago's, the deep dish pizzas are definitely the star of the show. These pizzas are cooked in special pans and put together in a way that is unique to Chicago: crust, cheese, toppings and then sauce on top. Tommy Chicago doesn't have pre-set recipes for its pies, it simply puts the ingredient list on the menu and lets guests build their own. Diners be warned, these pizzas take at least 45 minutes to cook, so come prepared to order an appetizer like the wings or mac and cheese bites while you wait.
