   This was our first time visiting Tombstone Brewery and we were very pleasantly surprised. First, the two hosts that greeted us upon entering were delightful. They were quick to find us great seating. Our host was also happy and helpful. The service, food and drinks were all delicious abs very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back.

   My friend and I enjoyed a delicious lunch and beers but I had an issue with the tall, blonde hostess with the long white dress. When I checked for my reservation, I told her that I booked it thru Open Table, but as I left the restaurant, I got an email saying that my reservation was cancelled for a no-show. I went back in and told another hostess who seemed to be confused, but a manager came over and to sort out the issue and I got my points. Someone needs to train the hostesses on how Open Table works.

   Heather and everyone else who welcomed us at Tombstone Brewing was amazing! Her suggestions, friendly and above & beyond customer service was incredible. I highly recommend the brussel sprouts, poutine and Cesar salad. The flavors are incredible to the palette. I’m looking forward to trying other items on the menu. Thank you guys!    Tombstone Brewery has come a long way since first opening. Uncrowded and the service was great. The menu is small but unique. Food you can't find any where else in Sierra Vista. I had the Gumbo and my wife had the filet skewers--both were excellent. Spacious seating indoors and on the two decks outside.

   I had the Bahn Mi sandwich and my wife had the garden salad. The Bahn Mi was nicely spiced with pickled veggies and a wonderful sauce. The pork was cooked perfectly. My wife's salad was excellent with a delightful homemade dressing that she absolutely loved. The atmosphere was very nice, somewhat casual and not snooty. We had the best waitress on the entire planet: polite, prompt, efficient, and cute as a new kitten. This is our favorite restaurant in AZ. We will be back,,,many times!

    The owner needs to hire more staff to run front of house, making one woman run the whole floor is awful. I don’t care how many other owners or bartenders or bussers come out to “help”. It’s down to one person doing the tickets. Food was delicious to me and the chef is very risky trying these things in a town full of boomers who want more fast food chains. I hope this place focuses more on substance rather than style! 6/10 for me.
