Step out of the bustling cobblestone streets of Temple Bar and down the stairs to Tomahawk Steakhouse where beautiful windows allow in light from street level. This is an intimate and unique dining setting – and our steaks are the star of the show.

We have spent months researching where to source the best steaks from around the world and the results of that exploration is there is no better beef than Irish and we are proud to say that we serve only the market-best at Tomahawk.

Tomahawk has 80 delightful seats for you and your party to choose from. We have comfy corners matched with matte timber tables adorned with leather seats, where diners can enjoy their delicious meals under the ambient street lighting that pours in from above. Or you can choose to perch comfortably along the gorgeous timber dining bar set around our open kitchen and watch the theatre of a professional kitchen at work in front of you.

                      Stockman selected Irish Beef, dry aged for 21 days in our own Dry Aging room. All the steaks are cooked over our Grill master Wood Burning Grill, which gives the meat a light smoked finish.

                                  Waiters were a slow to offer service to the table if understand this if it was a lot busier. However they take their job very serious and when the service arrives it’s very professional and welcoming they also show you a board of different bones and show you what you order

                                  Restaurant au centre ville, intimiste. Par contre, grosse attente pour avoir le plats. Nourriture délicieuse mais un peu cher tout de même…. Nous étions 8, la personne qui a fait encaisser s’est compté 60€ de service sans nous avertir…. On comprend qu il y ait le service mais nous imposer le montant sans nous demander… c’est limite

                                  Steaks were great, cocktails too, little dry on the baby potatoes, needed butter, pricing could have been downgraded a smidge, but the atmosphere was nice and overall pretty fantastic.

                                  Great value for the money, staff was very nice and the food was 10/10. This is an experience that you should not miss in Dublin.

                                  Lovely food, nice staff, overall very worthwhile. Got a side of mash and it was lovely and a great size, but one thing I was missing was even just a bit of veg. Would be great if you could just get a bit of veg on the side for free with the steak.

                                  We had a very lovely evening at Tomahawk‘s! The food was outstanding, so was the Service. We definetely recommend the restaurant and are looking forward to our next reservation!!

                                  We were visiting Dublin on vacation and wanted a good steak dinner. We had a group of five and everyone loved the dinner three had the 8 ounce fillets, one person had the 14 ounce Del Monaco ribeye all done perfectly as ordered. You have to try the garlic butter sauce and the Jamison sauce. All the sides and deserts were super. Wait staff was friendly and very good. Would highly recommend
