   Tom's Starlight is a jewel on the Fax. I was totally blown away by the excellent preservation of the Mid-Century diner. The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to facilitate a fun evening. The menu is interesting and has many delectable items. The food was prepared well and the steak sandwich I ate, was one of the better steak sandwiches I've had. The patio is not to be missed. It is beautiful and has been assembled in a very pleasing style with lots of greenery, fun conversation areas and fire pits. I'm looking forward to spending some warm summer nights enjoying life on Colfax from the marvelous patio. Can't recommend Tom's enough. Not to be missed.

   Great vibe. The atmosphere is a fresh take on mid-century modern, with the food and drinks remnicent of popular 1960s dishes, yet with a 2023 flare. Great sliders and salmon. The entire staff is polite, helpful, and engaging. A historic Denver site remodeled to be the new "go to" for a new fun and memories.

   This is a neighborhood GEM! My friends took me out for a birthday dinner and I couldn't believe it wasn't more packed. The food was great, and the staff really took care of us. Weston and Val stood out in making our experience special. The place has a calm, mid-sixties vibe and the food is very decently priced. Love!

   We made reservations for a bachelorette party brunch. There was an issue with open table not showing them the reservation, but they were very willing to accommodate our large group right away. All of the staff was friendly and the food was really good at a great price. Hunter even surprised us all with fresh baked cookies on our way out. The vibes are super cool and chill.     My roommate and I had a nice Easter brunch here. They were very welcoming and the place had a cozy, informal feel to it. I had the sliders (which were very good) and my friend loved her eggs benedict. The only thing that was a little weird was that we had like three different waiters. There wasn't one person who served us from start to finish, so we weren't sure how to tip or who to flag down if we needed something. We guessed that this may have been because our first waiter had someone training with him and they had too many tables to handle. I did think it was a little odd that he didn't introduce the training person to us. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend it to others!

    Fantastic renovation of the space: very Palm Springs with perfect lighting. Service was awesome; everyone was personable without being grating. They were clearly proud of the new place.     Had a Tom Collins and shared the watermelon salad,—SO had quesadilla and I had the veggie sandwich—all were good. Service from Westin and Andrew at the bar was excellent. Looking forward to the patio when it’s warm.

    It was really good overall. Service and presentation on point. I love Palm Springs and anything that reminds me of it. Love the remodel. Reasonably priced. I'm sure I'm thinking of different styles in Palm Springs. I bet in the summer that bar and seating area will be amazing.

    We visited before a show on a Saturday night. The atmosphere was fun and vibrant. It’s a great place for a quick and easy meal with solid cocktails. You’re not getting super gourmet food, but that’s not what they’re trying to do here. It’s fun and simple with a little elevated/interesting twist. Management/owners were super friendly and running around trying to make sure everyone was happy on a busy weekend. Freshly baked chocolate chip cookies were an awesome touch! Seems like it would be a perfect place for a late night bite or brunch too.

    An original place with great potential. I like the idea of an upscale diner where you can get a good cocktail that appeals to couples on a date night rather than families and children. Please keep the kids away. The decor of the restaurant was fun and the food we had was done extremely well. My only suggestion is to not run away from the diner food in the menu. With $12 cocktails, a $20 burger isn’t out of line if its done well…and that option wasn’t even on the menu.

    The food was pretty good. The service was great. The atmosphere is fantastic. Although, after I got home, I noticed a 6% “living wage fee” on the bill that was not disclosed prior. The prices are already on the high side. Sneaking fees in for higher profit is not the best way to ensure a return visit.

    It was one of the worst meals we have had in a long time. The service was slow, it was very cold inside the restaurant and the food was terrible. The $18 petit fours for dessert were from Trader Joe’s. The meat in the steak sandwich was inedible. The veggie flatbread had uncooked carrots on it. The prices were very high for such awful food.     Beautiful revamp of one of our favorite Colfax spots. Our server, Dalton, was friendly and knowledgeable - he even had us sneak out to peek at the patio, omg! It’s epic and we can’t wait for sunny days with Starlight cocktails! Our table enjoyed a variety of cocktails and they were all amazing! Wealth & Hellness was our fav. My husband had a filet and we all snuck a bite - sauce was incredible! My mom and I each had a caesar. Mine with salmon was perfection! Mom had chicken and it was a little too chargrilled for her taste but overall yummy! Despite the limited menu, there’s something for everyone. Looking forward to returning soon!

    Drinks were good, ordered chicken and waffles twice. The first time it came out and the skin/batter was quite tasty, very cold in the middle. Sent it back. Brought it back out after my partner had already eaten his meal. Same thing. The middle was refrigerator cold. Even had the waitress touch that are and she agreed. Very apologetic but twice?

    I went for brunch. They nailed the mid-century decor with wood, bright orange chairs & booths with green benches. They offer the standard brunch items (eggs benedict, Denver omelet and chicken n waffles, french toast), with sides, salads and drinks. I got the Eggs Benedict on actual toasted english muffins served with red skinned potatoes with a bit of fruit. I complemented it with the Watermelon salad. It was very refreshing. I had wanted a Bellini, but the bartender said the pear puree was not up to the task, so they substituted an Aperol Spritz. Very orange and wonderful.

    Tom’s was excellent! We went there for the fun midcentury vibe and decor, but were equally impressed with the food and drinks. Tried a few different cocktails and they were all great — some classics, plus some that were new takes on old classics. The food was good too — especially loved the veggie flatbread.     Cool space.. surprised they don’t have more diner food to match the ambiance. it’s more of a higher end diner but they should consider like chicken fried steak, A upscale hamburger not just sliders, food to match the ambience.     We were really excited to try the new Tom's following its renovation. The new design is really cool, but more than anything, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Everything we had was so good. We look forward to returning!
