Great food wonderful atmosphere. Fantastic wait staff. Definitely worth it.
I like the food a lot. Had the rib-eye and the mushrooms. It doesn’t look like much food but it was actually very filling. The waitress was very kind and offered a to go box to take the rest. The drinks were yummy too.
all around good experience but steaks were a notch below the best steakhouses.
Flawless service and spectacular food and cocktails.
The service was outstanding
Pacing was very slow. French fries arrived cold. Steakcame without any garnish and was not agreat piece of meat. Far below expectations. If Tom was judging this meal ala Top Chef they would have been packing their knives
Horrible service and there was plastic baked into our food
The servers were awesome! Steaks are mediocre at best - little fatty filet minion and the cut seemed more like a ribeye than Filet.
Awesome good service good food
Top shelf in every respect
This review asked for my rating as for noise level. It classified my selection as Energetic, but take my rating to mean loud. Not an atmosphere I will choose to dine again.
The entree was very good (short rib) but every other part of the food was average at best.
Service was impeccable though. Great job by the team taking care of me.
Have eaten at the best steakhouses in the US..... the ribeye I had was by far the best ever
We were so very excited to dine here. The menu looked delicious. We were, sadly, very underwhelmed. Service was fair. Food was okay but not great. We loved the whipped potatoes and creamed spinach. My wagyu skirt steak was very chewy. My husband’s bone in ribeye was okay. The crab legs were the shining star of the meal. They were perfection. The lobster tail was almost inedible. The street corn was horrible. The Caesar salad was also just okay. The creme brûlée was awful. Awful. When you spend $400+ dollars on an anniversary meal, you expect it to be great. Sadly, this was not great. We were very disappointed. Definitely will not return. Capital Grille is a much better option and never disappoints.
I really wanted to like this restaurant given all of the wonderful reviews and the name, but there were several places where they fell short. Pros: We were greeted and seated promptly, menus produced and water/staff service throughout the meal was awesome. Drinks were very good, although it took a while for us to get our wine whereas the other two in our party of 4 received their mixed drinks quickly. The focaccia-like bread had mild green chilis and was served with butter. It was just an odd mix.
Apps: The onion soup was very good, but the peaches were inedible with a burned taste & burrata tasteless. The pork belly was dry with too much sauce, I guess to make up for the dryness.
Meal: The scallops & short rib looked incredible, but the rib was lukewarm and both were in the dry side (surprisingly as the fat usually melts into the rib). Potatoes were tasty, but not hot. Everything was tasty, but maybe pre-prepped which made it dry. One person had the salmon and loved it. Presentations were beautiful, but that doesn't make up for sub par eats.
Dessert: We had two birthdays, and received two desserts which were a nice surprise.
Our server was nice, but rarely visited the table, never asked if we wanted more drinks or coffee with dessert. The other staff were much more attentive and deserved the tip. Total was $100 for one drink, app and entree per person.
Yes, I know things have changed since COVID, but isn't that all the more reason to be better than the best (especially with the competition?) I'll be going back to CUT tomorrow night which is our go-to.
Staff was very attentive, drinks were never empty.
Excellent service! Bedt
Larry and Caesar were amazing and the food was out of this world!
Wed 7pm reservations, seated promptly, friendly front staff. Another wonderful dining experience. Amazing food and great service. Anthony was absolutely fantastic, never missed a beat.
Onion rings, NY strip and scallops. An exceptional meal. To top it off a nice slice of key lime pie. This was a great idea
One of my favorite spots every time in Vegas
Server, Anthony, made this dining experience extraordinary. The food and ambience were top notch steakhouse level. But Anthony’s delightful personality, relaxed and chatty like am old friend, but at the same time aware of every detail of our dining experience.
I will have to say that it was one of the best meals I have ever had in a restaurant as well as the best dining out experience I have EVER experienced.. The staff was very professional and inviting. The food tasted amazing and my steak was cooked perfectly. It happened to be our wedding meal with the best man and maid of honor, and the manager even went a step further and bought us a champaign toast as well as a desert to congratulate us. The meal will be an experience that I will always remember and cherish
A perfect steak house!
Service and food was phenomenal. I especially loved the pork belly appetizer and Mexican street corn was out of this world!!
Always a pleasure to dine at any Tom Colicchio reastaurant
food was good, not the best though. our waiter was alright, the hostess was amazing tho! food seemed too expensive for how it tasted. my steak was supposed to be well done but was very red in the middle. overall enjoyable but would not come back.
One of the best filet’s I ever had. The food was delicious!
Vacation vouchers. Place was amazing
Andrew our waiter was upbeat and attentive! Food was fabulous…best steak I ever have had (we are from Midwest — we eat ALOT of beef) Great date night.
Our experience at the hostess stand wasn’t impressive. Our dining experience was renewed with our waiter Anthony made our experience 100%. The Seafood platter was amazing. My steak was cooked to perfection. My husband had the ½ chicken and consumed everything down to the bones. Truly a fine dining experience.
All I have to say this place is amazing. I reserved my table on open table. We were seated within 10 minutes. The food was delicious and our server was amazing. And the ambience and the dim lights were perfect. My husband and I were here on a little mini getaway. We had the greatest day. Our steak was amazing we also ordered the crab legs and the soup of the day I think was the onion soup it was delicious. Everything we ordered was on point
Very disappointing food. Reservation was at opening, first guest sat. I was very excited to try Tom Colicchio's Heritage Steak, I had read great reviews online and seen some amazing pictures of food. The interior of the restaurant was very comfortable - an “open air” design under the dome of the Mirage entrance. Ambient sounds of the indoor waterfall and surrounded by plants, it’s like eating outdoors on a lanai, but in climate controlled comfort. The waitstaff were great throughout the meal, friendly and attentive.
To start, I ordered the French Onion Soup, it could have been hotter, but overall it was the star of the meal. Nice broth and lots of carmelized onions. If you don’t like this French Onion Soup, you don’t like French Onion.
For the main course, I ordered the 18oz Porterhouse - medium. The cut is on the thin side, which is why it was probably easy for them to overcook it. The steak came well done, no pink at all. On the positive side, even though overcooked, it was seasoned perfectly. I let my server know that the steak was overcooked and he offered to have another cooked for me. I declined, as I was halfway through already. It still tasted great, just more cooked than I preferred.
I ordered two sides, creamed spinach with the add-on lobster option. The lobster portion was very good, two small claws of meat, the creamed spinach was ok, not much flavor. The roasted mushrooms were inedible, bland doesn’t start to describe this dish. The mushrooms were drowning in liquid, a faint hint of red wine and no other seasoning - including salt, to speak of. Inedible. I did not inform my server of the issues with the sides, I was pretty much done at that point.
The server brought a piece of the chocolate cake, complements of the chef for the issue with the steak. I appreciated the effort.
I understand that Vegas restaurants are still getting ramped back up after the Covid quarantines, but my experience at Tom Colicchio's Heritage Steak was less than satisfactory.
This was a pretty rough experience. This is suppose to be one of the top steak houses in Las Vegas and at $50+ for a steak, I expect nothing but the best. We were highly disappointed. The hostess was very nice and the bartender can make a mean drink, but their steaks leave a lot to be desired. For one, the portions are overwhelming. Secondly, my wife ordered a medium rare mignon and I ordered a rare New York strip. When I cut into my steak as a rare steak, I expect blood and pink to which there was neither. It looked as though the meat was frozen for a bit. If I'm paying this much, I expect fresh. My wife's steak was well done. The server graciously took the first set back to be redone, and the second came out which still... not properly cooked. We said forget it and opted to leave. They said the manager would be right out, but he never came to speak with us. I would have appreciated an apology and explanation. Maybe they needed to freeze meat during Covid to prevent a significant financial loss, but never heard from a manager. A manager should stand behind the food served at their restaurant and the fact that he never came out speaks volumes that they don't care. On a side note, they should also get a handle on their patrons. Having a guy sitting there yelling into his phone and his kid running around having almost tripped the servers on multiple occasions really tops it off on ruining a night out.
One of my most anticipated reservations last weekend in Vegas and sadly I was underwhelmed. I’m a huge fan of everything I see Tom in and was looking to finally being able to eat at one of his restaurants. I also realize things are just starting to open back up in Vegas but I had great meals that weekend at other restaurants.
The food was between ok and good and the service was below average at best.
I really wanted it to be an amazing meal too…
We had a wonderful dinner at Heritage Steak. Our servers Anthony and Sam were friendly, attentive, efficient and went above and beyond to make a lovely experience. We went during Las Vegas restaurant week and most of our party took advantage of the special menu which was 4 courses for $80. Everything we had was outstanding from the bread and cocktails to the steaks, sides and deserts. I had the prime rip which was cooked perfectly and probably the best I’ve ever had. Cannot recommend more highly!
Poor service, took 1.5 hours to get a steak, which steak was of terrible quality and tough. They did remove the steak from bill, at least. Sad experience all around. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.
Excellent professional service.
Food was excellent. A lot like Ruth Chris but a little better and a little bit more expensive.
The music didn’t match the restaurant. It wasn’t cut off from the main lobby so you could hear most everything . It’s kills the exclusivity of it. You could not be immersed in the environment as noisy, and loud as it was from the outside. 4/10
My steak was excellent but the chicken.
Waiter was excellent !!
