When ever we go to vegas we make sure to go have dinner at Tom Colicchio’s ! Best service the outstanding staff ,
Sam and the rest of staff are always prompt and friendly.
The food is great a very delicious, Steak sooo GOOD.

Everything we had was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Celebrated my wife's birthday and the experience was truly special. Will definetly go back next time I'm in Vegas.

Fantastic food. Service was terrific and helpful. Noise made it a little difficult to understand servers speaking through masks but that’s more on Vegas than it is the restaurant. I would gladly come back here again

What an amazing meal! I had the short ribs with lobster whipped potatoes followed by key lime pie, creme brûlée, and flourless chocolate cake (we shared desserts :)) and everything was amazing! Someone in my group got the filet mignon, which I tried a bite of, and it was by far the best I’d ever had! I would definitely go back for the filet and everything else!

We were celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday. The food was amazing, and they brought a dessert I’d selected in advance with a candle. Later I learned it was complimentary! So fun! James and Sam were friendly and professional. Sam shared a story of friends he has where we live. We look forward to being treated special again “just because “. Thanks for the great service!

We have eaten here a zillion times over the years and were there just after they opened... the menu now is very average - all the special items have been eliminated, no A5, no bone marrow, no grilled salad... it is not a special restaurant currently... just vanilla... the waitress specialized in saying no to everything... seem to not be sure on most questions, I will have to check.... it might as well be a Mirage house restaurant vs a TC restaurant...

Service and presentation are excellent. Food was underwhelming which I was extremely disappointed about. This is my husband and I's first Vegas trip and this was the first place we ate at after landing. I'm a huge Top Chef fan, so my expectations were high. I ordered the peaches and burrata (phenomenal), and French onions soup, the cheese and bread at the top were so hard to break into that I had to use a steak knife, the soup spilled all over the plate under the bowl it was served in, the flavors were excellent though. My husband ordered dry aged steak which was good, truffle risotto, truffle fries and we got the complimentary biscuits. We sent the biscuits and fries back because they were barely warm. The fries came out much more fresh the second time and the biscuits were slightly warmer but not hot, or as soft & flaky as I'd expected them to be. Our server was attentive as were other floor staff members, but I really expected more from a Tom Colicchio steakhouse. They did give us a cheesecake on the house because we were celebrating my husband's birthday, I would DEFINITELY recommend that. I am not a huge cheesecake person and it was perfection.

2 of our steaks were not cooked to order. One that was supposed to be medium rare came out medium well. Just expected more for the price. The waitstaff was awesome though!

We ordered the Wagyu skirt steak and asked for it to be prepared simply, not with the hot seasoning. It arrived with the hot seasoning so they took it back and prepared it again. However, the second steak was much smaller than the first one--not 10 oz. as stated. The potatoes were also undercooked. We used an OpenTable reward certificate, but the waitress had no idea what to do with it. I had higher expectations from this restaurant and was disappointed.

I like the food a lot. Had the rib-eye and the mushrooms. It doesn’t look like much food but it was actually very filling. The waitress was very kind and offered a to go box to take the rest. The drinks were yummy too.

Pacing was very slow. French fries arrived cold. Steakcame without any garnish and was not agreat piece of meat. Far below expectations. If Tom was judging this meal ala Top Chef they would have been packing their knives

This review asked for my rating as for noise level. It classified my selection as Energetic, but take my rating to mean loud. Not an atmosphere I will choose to dine again.

The entree was very good (short rib) but every other part of the food was average at best.

Service was impeccable though. Great job by the team taking care of me.

We were so very excited to dine here. The menu looked delicious. We were, sadly, very underwhelmed. Service was fair. Food was okay but not great. We loved the whipped potatoes and creamed spinach. My wagyu skirt steak was very chewy. My husband’s bone in ribeye was okay. The crab legs were the shining star of the meal. They were perfection. The lobster tail was almost inedible. The street corn was horrible. The Caesar salad was also just okay. The creme brûlée was awful. Awful. When you spend $400+ dollars on an anniversary meal, you expect it to be great. Sadly, this was not great. We were very disappointed. Definitely will not return. Capital Grille is a much better option and never disappoints.

I really wanted to like this restaurant given all of the wonderful reviews and the name, but there were several places where they fell short. Pros: We were greeted and seated promptly, menus produced and water/staff service throughout the meal was awesome. Drinks were very good, although it took a while for us to get our wine whereas the other two in our party of 4 received their mixed drinks quickly. The focaccia-like bread had mild green chilis and was served with butter. It was just an odd mix.

Apps: The onion soup was very good, but the peaches were inedible with a burned taste & burrata tasteless. The pork belly was dry with too much sauce, I guess to make up for the dryness.

Meal: The scallops & short rib looked incredible, but the rib was lukewarm and both were in the dry side (surprisingly as the fat usually melts into the rib). Potatoes were tasty, but not hot. Everything was tasty, but maybe pre-prepped which made it dry. One person had the salmon and loved it. Presentations were beautiful, but that doesn't make up for sub par eats.

Dessert: We had two birthdays, and received two desserts which were a nice surprise.

Our server was nice, but rarely visited the table, never asked if we wanted more drinks or coffee with dessert. The other staff were much more attentive and deserved the tip. Total was $100 for one drink, app and entree per person.

Yes, I know things have changed since COVID, but isn't that all the more reason to be better than the best (especially with the competition?) I'll be going back to CUT tomorrow night which is our go-to.
