Great food nice atmosphere
It was the first time we had dressed up and eaten at a nice restaurant in 1 1/2 years. Chose Tom Brown's as we had never been there. Loved the place from the moment we walked in as the decor was fabulous. Staff was very pleasant, and our waiter was outstanding! Saw food on the menu I had never seen before. We had 5 different entrees, and all were delicious. Before dinner drinks were great, and the desserts were fabulous. It was a truly special evening...a bit pricey but we vowed to come back.
Food was the best in Huntsville! We will go back often.
The King Salmon was fantastic. I asked for it to be cooked just below medium and it was absolutely perfect.
The waitress was amazing and Tom brought out the perfect Tomahawk to our table!
The food was outstanding and very delicious. We all really enjoyed are a meals. I was very disappointed that none of the staff and waiters/waitresses wear a mask. I
The steak was actually tough and chewy. The sauce was a little too heavy on the egg roll appetizer. Flavors were good. Atmosphere was great. Service was top notch. Would I recommend it? eh...not sure
We have always had a great experience. We took out of town guests here and they loved it. Service is always great.
The food was great. We got the tuna app, lobster bisque, ribeye, and shrimp. Steak was pretty undercooked (ordered med rare and it was as rare as the tuna 😅) but by that time we were stuffed, so just took it to-go and it was perfect for reheating later. Service was very good even though our server was quite busy with a needy 10-top at the same time. I let her know we didn't want to rush the evening and everything was paced well. When I made the reservation on OpenTable I left a note saying that it was my husband's birthday dinner. Would've been nice for that to be acknowledged in some small way but I guess it got missed somehow. Still was a great evening and we will return.
10 year anniversary
The experience was amazing!!!! I would definitely recommend this restaurant!!
Went there to celebrate my Wife’s birthday and the Food was amazing!
the food was great our server was Ashton and she was great we where there to celebrate a birthday and Ashton made it very special . The owner stop by and spoke was nice the whole experience made it the best I you can get anywhere .
The food was good. I had the shrimp and grits.
There really wasn't anything on the appetizer menu that was simple and enjoyable, everything was either seafood or hot and spicy.
Our server did a great job.
This was our second trip to Tom Browns and found it once again to be all first class
Our family believes this is the best restaurant in Huntsville/Madison. The dining experience is always exceptional and the food is outstanding! Never disappointed!
Wonderful restaurant our server Scott was outstanding. My wife and I both had steak and shrimp and we are steak snobs and it was one of the best strips I have ever had.
This was an absolute amazing experience. Everything was perfect. We even arrived earlier than our reservation and they were ablento seat us immediately.
Celebrated our anniversary. We had appetizers, steak and fish, desserts and drinks - it was all great.
Our server was very kind and attentive.
Since we don’t buy gifts for anniversary it was worth the money.
Not a single employee was masked. We had all been vaccinated, but we won’t be back for a while. The service was okay, but less than advertised. The wine list is good as are the house wines. The craft beer list is diverse. My “2 soft shell crabs” were the front portions of two halves, nowhere near two crabs. The TB steak got a good review.
This will not be a favorite.
Made reservations and we had no wait at all. Food came out in a timely manner and was delicious great customer service definitely will be going back!
This was our second visit to Tom Brown's and it was amazing! From the time we arrived everyone was very pleasant and professional. Our waitress was outstanding! She was attentive and just overall wonderful personality. The word delicious does not do the food justice. It was culinary art!
Everything was wonderful.
Food was not seasoned well and was very dissatisfied.
Very good food. Somewhat on the pricey side but everything we had was tasty.
The food is delicious in every way from the appetizers to desert.
Shrimp cocktail, shrimp were large and tasted perfect.
Fried green tomatoes were cooked to perfection, crisp and lit up our taste buds.
Ribeye, we both had the ribeye, one 12 & one 16 oz. They were cooked perfect and the only bad part was the amount of fat in the steak, seemed more than what is acceptable for me on the $.
We had the Strawberry layer cake and it too was delightful.
My wife & I don't partake of alcoholic drinks when dining so our final bill at $120 plus tip was a deal for the quality of food & service!
Overall very good.
Too much Air conditioning! We were cold throughout the meal.
I think they could at least provide a desert for a 50th anniversary!
Food and service was very good.
This was our 3rd time dining at TB and as always the service was great and the food was excellent.
Service was incredible, they were so sweet and knowledgeable on the menu items. The food was out of this world: appetizers, main course, and dessert. I went here on a date with my boyfriend to celebrate our anniversary and we sat outside by the fire, it was so beautiful. I do not have enough good things to say about this place!!!
Good experience. Menu left a bit to be desired.
The food and service was excellent. Everything I had was delicious-shrimp corn and crab bisque, Caesar salad, baked potato and Chilean Sea Bass.
The strawberry cake was the best I’ve ever eaten! It was as if angels from heaven came down and sang on my shoulder while I ate it!
The Purple Rain martini was excellent as well!
The whole family together for the first time since Christmas
The restaurant is very nice inside and the patio is large and had heaters for when the weather is cooler. The waiter was really good and personable. The appetizer (TB Pork Egg roll) was amazing, the ribeye, however, was not that good. It seemed to be cooked to medium rare, as ordered, however it was a quite thin piece of meat and was very tough. Connor’s steakhouse has much better steaks, in my opinion. I probably won’t go back for a second try. That’s unfortunate, as it is close to my house and I was hoping for another place to enjoy a nice dinner out.
VERY good food. I recommend highly to go there! It's rather pricey! My filet was a tad over-cooked but it tasted so good I didn't even care. For $44 filet I do expect the temps to be on point.
Met Tom and he was really nice. Our server was over the tip as well. You g guy (can’t remember his name) but has been there since they opened in June 2020. Great food, service etc
Great food, friendly and knowledgeable service, and atmosphere.
We really loved Tom Brown’s previous times we ate there, but I have to say this past time was not good. The main issue was the quality of the ribeye steak. It was tough and chewy. Unfortunately that was what my husband was looking forward to most. We were sad to hear that the kitchen was out of oysters which were outstanding the last time we had them. The other appetizers we had were very good. Our server Briley was very efficient and knowledgeable.
Food was average but good; however it is very expensive for a casual setting. Spending $100+ per person, you would expect a more elegant setting and not shorts and flip flops.
Food was on point, a little pricey all things considered. Service was excellent.
From the time we arrived to the time we left, the service was outstanding. My food was so good. (TB shrimp & grits, Mean Green Egg Rolls, and Chocolate cake) I would definitely bring friends and family back. Thank you for a very nice experience.
