Good food relatively close to theater district.
As always... delicious! Had fruit/guacamole ...
Mango, pineapple and pomegranate add ins.
Tortilla soup, and steak and egg burrito.
For dessert the camels and cappuccino.
Not one thing was anything but perfect.
Hope to be back again soon.
Armando, our server, was top notch and the food was amazing. Would highly recommend before a show or just for a great meal that doesn’t break the bank but tastes like it could.
Fine option before a show or for a quick bite to eat. Liked the ambiance, food was decent, little loud and crowded, but still a decent option.
Great experience....higher recommended...!!!
Came back quickly, once again awesome everything! Thanks!
Not sure why this place has so many stars. Food was flavor less and service even worse
Excellent food, drinks and service, including organising a perfect table for our anniversary and allowing us to share dishes!
Our favorite restaurant before an evening on Broadway. The menu is imaginative, the food always excellently prepared and the service prompt, warm and friendly. Never had a bad experience in this place but be sure to make reservations a few days in advance -- it does get crowded.
Guacomole was great, but brunch entrees were very bland (chilaquiles in particular). There are much better Mexican brunch options in Hell's Kitchen
Amazing. Very attentive! Thanks
Service was excellent. Most of the food was very good, the pork carnitas were dry. Otherwise it was very nice.
It was okay. Everything is a la carte including the chips which makes it expensive. I had the quesadillas and was very disappointed. They were strange. It was like a dry pizza with some meat on top. Ugh 😑
Food drinks staff fantastic
Just ok! Not terrible not great. Food is average and so is service
Fantastic food! Came out quick too. Not to salty. Highly recommended.
Flavors/things we’ve never had before. Excellent friendly service.
I visited Toloache-Midtown before seeing a Broadway show. There aren't many restaurants in the area that I haven't tried, so I decided to give this a shot. I was extremely satisfied with my dining experience. The ambiance is simple, but classy - I love the hanging lanterns and the lighting. The cuisine was authentic Mexican and each dish we had was amazing. The portions were perfect and allowed you to really enjoy your meal without feeling full. Service was friendly, a bit slow, but made us feel at home. I would definitely go back and even try their other locations.
Each dish was great. Mojito was so-so. Good for a gluten sensitive eater. Great wait staff.
We had a pre-concert Sunday evening dinner and it was super busy, but luckily we had reservations. I started with a spicy margarita, which was excellent. My husband and I shared appetizer sized garlic-chipotle shrimp tacos that were delicious. I had the very tasty lobster salad for dinner, while my husband enjoyed the pulled chicken enchiladas. Service was top notch. We visit NYC a couple of times a year, and will likely include Toloache in a future visit. It was that good in a city filled with many great options.
This was not my first visit to Toloache-Midtown and again I wasn't disappointed. The food was served hot and fresh. The chicken was tasty and tender. The drinks were delicious. Of course the churros were the best. This is a great pre show dinner restaurant. I am sure I will be back again.
Dinner for moms 60th, food was fantastic
We very much enjoyed our experience at Toloache. The food was excellent and the service was good.
Great. I’ve eaten here many times it never disappoints. This time we frequented the restaurant In between shows of Harry Potter and the cursed Child made a 515 reservation and was out in plenty of time for the second show
We are regulars for a reason. Good tacos, margys, guac and service. Always sit at bar. Many great tequilas. Great spot for pretheater meal.
This was our 2nd visit and it was another great experience, from the cocktails right thru to dessert!!
Service was also great...
Excellent service from the entire TEAM
Really good place. We came early before it really heated up.
Service was great. Everyone friendly. Place gets really loud when it fills up. Food was very good.
Terrible service and really bad food - pair that with noise so loud that you can hear the person next to you and you have a place you are sorry you went to and a place you know you will never go back to! Just awful!!!!
We had lunch before a Broadway Matinee.
I ordered from the prix fix menu.
Food was delicious.
Service was very good.
The guacamole took is delicious and make sure to try a margarita or two (prickly pear margarita is great). Beware the food portions are fairly small for the price so make sure to order appropriately. Service not stellar likely because they are very busy typically and short staffed. Overall good Mexican food in the city and close to theatre district.
The food was alright - thought the enchiladas would be better based on reviews but they were decent. -the spicy guacamole was not very spicy.
Favourite restaurant in Times Square area. Awesome food and drinks, with great service.
The food, service and atmosphere were perfect. This is why we love this restaurant and always bring new folks there.
A great place, with great food and atmosphere.
We were a bit unlucky that there was hair in one of our dishes. The noice was Extreme When we Got there, but it Got better after 30 minutes time.
Too noisy upstairs.
Great guacamole and the quesadillas were just fine for dinner entrée without being too much food..
To much noise in there. Foods are ok.
Very disappointed as the food was luke warm.
Sent it back but still was the same.
Chicken was bland.
Food was excellent, service was excellent! Felt like family by the time we left. Would definitely recommend to others. Will definitely come back!
