Our award winning single vineyard wines are curated from our 20 year old vineyard. Varietals include Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. All wines are grown, made and bottled onsite. Our wines are bold and distinctive. They are gutsy, authentic expressions of their terroir. Tokar Estate wines are well structured but retain the elegance the Yarra Valley is renowned for. They are nurtured from vineyard to bottle by winemaker Martin Siebert and the Tokar family.

The vineyard is hand tendered by our small team using a minimal intervention approach to winemaking. Since 2012 we have reduced cropping levels to ensure exceptional fruit is produced, and we have implemented more sustainable vineyard practices, such as minimising herbicide use in order to encourage soil microfauna and native grasses that harbour beneficial insects.

Stop by for a tasting of our wines and enjoy a glass or two out on our beautiful lawn overlooking the vineyard.

A tasting of five wines from our Yarra Valley range. Visit our new Cellar Door space with family or friends. Taste favourites known to the Yarra Valley such as our Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and for something a little bit different try our our signature Spanish varietal - Tempranillo. Our other wines include the ever popular easy drinking Rosé, Cabernet Sauvignon and our cool climate Shiraz. Had a very relaxing wine tasting, with cheese platter, at Tokar. Very helpful staff and very relaxing hour spent. And the wine is great too !

Warm and welcoming. Amazing wine, informative and fun. We loved the experience and would highly recommend anyone visiting the Yarra Valley to check out Tokar Estate.

The booking on Open Table implied that I was booking for a meal with a 'wine experience' as an added option, but when we arrived we were told that they were fully booked out for meals and so the wine tasting was all we had booked. As we were after food we skipped the tasting and went out to find another restaurant which we eventually did at No 7 in central Healesville .

This is an amazing Winery! The staff are generous, attentive and knowledgeable. The place to come and enjoy a wine tasting followed by a picnic on the lawn with a bottle of wine and charcuterie platter. Great wine, delicious food and amazing view....... what a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Can’t wait to go back!!
