   Food is good but ever since the weekend brunch was removed I feel like the restaurant has lost some of the lively vibe. An a-la carte menu is inherently limited so you’re stuck with what is on offer on the menu. I really hope management reconsiders and brings back the weekend brunch (and not just once a month). Service, as always, was top notch.

   My parents and I had a fantastic experience. It was beyond words the service we had from our server Felix, to chef Luis, and all the other staff. The food was phenomenal as well. We will never forget our dinner experience here!

   The charcuterie board had an amazing selection of cheese and cured meat. Steak was tender and cooked perfectly. Spaghetti carbonara was a nice experience. Desserts baccio and pistachio tiramisu was the best!

   Amazing service. Love their new brunch a la carte. Lobster avocado toast was fresh and well executed. Viennoiseries were warm and of great qualities. Palash did a great service. Will visit again soon!

    So Happy the brunch is back! I hope the brunch comes back every weekend again because it is the most delicious and great quality. AYCE: Lobster, Shrimp, Oysters, Prime rib, Porchetta, Smoked Salmons and Charcuterie are the main staples. And of course the traditional breakfast items, eggs benny, french toast, bacon. The list goes on! Their dessert is in the cooled wine cellar, always beautifully made and tasteful pastries. The service is attentive & fun, servers check up on you frequently and give a lot of details on their specials dishes and its entertaining to find out where they source their ingredients too. Thank you everyone at Toca for making the first brunch back an amazing one ! Prices when we went: $175 pp/ $60 pp for Bottomless drinks

    I was very disappointed with not only the quality of the food but also how the service didn't meet the up scale restaurant standard. Any Ritz Carlton that I have been to were either beyond perfect or at least met my expectation. The pancakes were so dry and barely had any fruits. The orange juice was from the bottle even though I asked for only freshly squeezed. There is so much to write on how bad it was. I thought may be its Toronto's standard but went to couple of other places like Reign in Toronto that were meeting the standard of quality and service. I personally appreciate if the food prices are at the higher end but they don't charge for condiments.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Toca. We were looking for a venue close to the theatre and Toca was perfect. Our server (Ali) was exceptional and offered great suggestions. One of the specials that evening was scallops which my husband thoroughly enjoyed and I would highly recommend the swordfish with tomato gazpacho - incredibly fresh and flavourful. Prices were very reasonable and nice selection of wine. Definitely worth a visit!!

    For that crazy amount of money, the food was abysmal. everything was cold. and the variety and quantity of food was also very limited. i would have expected breakfast to compete with the royal york and no where near. The food was in open pots where it has absolutely no chance to be kept warm and not dry out.

    Excellent professional hospitality from all staff starting on our arrival! Great food, wine & cocktails options. The cheese selections & handmade pasta are a big draw!! Would be happy to return should my travels take me to Toronto.

    The food was not worth the money at all. Our waitress was amazing, however that didn’t make up for the poor food experience. Additionally, we had an egg allergy at the table and made that clear at the start of the dinner and one of the appetizers came out with an egg based dressing (which wasn’t even supposed to be on it to begin with). Definitely better restaurants in the city.

    I was really expecting more. The service was outstanding there is no doubt of that. But really I have had MUCH better Italian food than this in places 1/5 the price not just in Italy but in NYC, Montreal and numerous other cities. This is a RITZ restaurant - seriously need to get a better cook.

    I've tried this place three times: two dinners and a lunch. The food is underwhelming and overpriced(including a special tasting dinner I attended). The latest was lunch: An insipid antipasto board of a few tasteless grilled veggies, a few slices of ho hum salamis, two pieces oaf hard cheeses and some weird sauces for $28. The ravioli was five smallish pillows, with a tasteless cheese mixture and lackluster sauce for almost $30. ugh. Won't be back. Ritz Carlton usually does better than this

    Celebration dinner. Nice atmosphere. Most great experience. Only issue is we ordered risotto with an add scallops option ($15 add on for add on scallops). Then we were told it was actually $15 per scallop (one piece only, so not $15 for scallops add on but $15 for scallop add on) which was a bit deceptive. Rest of meal was good along with service

    Mother’s Day Brunch - I’m sorry but for 190$ a person this brunch buffet should have been outstanding. And to give the mothers one measly tulip!? For real? This was overpriced and underwhelming. The best part was the quality time with my family which really made up for the shockingly basic buffet. If you’re going to charge more than the legendary Sunday buffet at the Waldorf Astoria you really have to knock it out of out the park.
