Awful experience. We had to stand around for 40 minutes waiting for our reservation. Inside was freezing cold and so loud I couldn’t hear my date. Order was completely messed up and extremely hard to find the waitress. Really terrible overall. Would not recommend and I used to love coming here. It’s pretty unreasonable to make people wait 40 minutes when they have a reservation.

Happy to be accommodated for my birthday. However, the server was not very helpful on food selection. Someone in our party is GF which I stated in the reservation. She also doesn’t eat spicy foods. Everything was extremely spicy and I like spicy foods! Also, you should have an alternative dip like a cilantro Aioli or some crema to bring down the heat of the food. By the end of dinner the waitress was not attentive and we left to get the car. She brought out a bday dessert for me and I wasn’t even there. Not sure if I’d come back again just based on her service.

Waitress was great but the food is no longer the same. I also suspect that they use msg as I had multiple symptoms in line with msg sensitivity.

Good food, good vibes. parking is expensive and even with a reservation we still had to wait about 30 mins but they did accommodate our party even after they showed up late. I will be back. Loved the DJ.

The wait was a little long but we did change our preference of wanting to be inside verse outside. It was really hot this day and we would not have enjoyed our food. So to accommodate our change we just had to wait a little longer no big deal.

Great service and ambiance/vibe! Best to get there for happy hour - tacos are similar quality as most food trucks but 2x price at dinner time. I’d recommend for an after work connection or drinks.

The service needs improvement. Failed to bring one of our orders. Ordered additional drinks waiting for the last order to arrive, but drinks did not arrive forcap

We had a reservation and we’re not treated well. We were also sat right next to the speakers that were so loud, I’m glad a kind man came by at some point to turn it down (without us even needing to ask because it was that loud). The host/seater (male) organizing everything at the ground was disorganized, uncommunicative, and seemed to show favoritism to some over others.

Well let me start with the phenomenal service I had from this place food was amazing and our waitress Michaella . Oh my God she suggested the Ensenada tacos I felt in love with the food my girlfriend ordered the pan seared salmon it was delicious and my mother in law ordered the Chile relleno . Wow but the most and I was like I want more was the street corn . Took me back to Mexico elotes asados from Tepatitlan Jalisco . All the staff were very friendly I did open table reservation like 20 min before and it Was no problem at all the hostess sat us right on time and in the perfect location .

Ordered the coma la flor drink...so delicious... and salmon on top of cilantro rice... a perfect meal and experience.

We sat in the back back, outside seating when I thought we reserved for inside. It was very hot our ice kept melting and when we asked for new ice waters they’d take 20 minutes. We got our food last after people who came after us got theirs.

Holy molly!!! This is an experience you can’t pass up! Food and drinks are f* delicious!!!! The inside is beautiful with fire everywhere and if you enjoy a lively energetic atmosphere, this is definitely the place to be at! One of the top Mexican food places in my opinion.

We had a reservation at 4:45pm and we were sat at 5:16pm. We watched a group of people sit before us and they kept telling us they had to buss tables so 10 minute til our table was available. After asking about our table for a third time we were sat 5 minutes later. I was at the table for 5 minute til the buss came by and poured water into my glass. server did not greet me til 2 minutes after. Then As my Fiance came to the table give take 10 mintues after being seated a server finally came by. We just asked for a diet coke that took 5 minutes. Watched our server walk back n forth twice before our drink came to the table. When we asked for the diet coke we also put in our app order. Food came in a timely manner and was delicious. Thank you to the food runners for explaining our dishes. Our server left us and another server took over. She was kind and amazing after that.

Then we paid and I still had wine in my glass and while my Fiance went into the restroom one of the servers or szomeone who getting a table ready for a large group asked me if I can leave so he could use the table for the big group. I finished my wine and didn't look back.

I was in the industry for over 6 years and this service was a joke to me. Pandemic or not you don't lose your customer service skills. Management should be double checking tables and making sure all guest are satisfied. I loved this place before the Pandemic. Now its on my DO NOT EAT THERE AGAIN list.

The atmosphere and customer service were excellent!!! The food was not the best and the drinks were not strong.

Loved my server! She was very patient with me and helped me find a drink that I would like! I’m sorry I don’t remember her name but she was great! The only thing I would say is the table was not cleaned very good as they rushed to clean it. With covid we gotta be as clean as possible, that’s the only critique. Other than that food was fire and this place had a great vibe so I’ll be back!

The atmosphere was very nice ... BUT the food ( Besides banana chips and guacamole ) was 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 For sure I won’t go there second time Because besides the good atmosphere we wanna taste a good food
