This place is too busy, not enough staff, waited 30mins for drinks, ordered a sandwich from their new menu and sent it back - brown lettuce, no tomatoes, no stuffing. Really poor experience

Only one point our waitress was very good but you could clearly see she was looking after too many tables She was coping very well but the place felt understaffed Just an observation ! Ovehall very good night food very good service good

Staff very pleasant food as you expect not massive choice apart from carvery sometimes slow to show you to table if no queue not staff fault

Food was excellent, service quick even though it was really busy. OpenTable not so good as despite email confirmation the restaurant had no trace of my booking! Doesn't inspire confidence!

Always a good old roast. Never fails. Missed our booked slot but the guys there are so friendly they sorted us out with a table very quickly. All the staff are very friendly and happy to help.

I would say that the lady cutting the meat could have had some kind of a smile and wasn't very good at cutting the meat at all. all the meat was very nice but for the beef it was very chewy to eat well we didn't we had to leave it. but that is my only complaint

Very disappointed on this occasion, I only eat beef so when I received it, could not eat it as it was full of fat and not edible.
