   When we arrived at Toby carvery Hemel Hempstead we were told that it was closed due to water leak. And there was no record of us being booked in for that time.

   The service is ridiculously slow, they don't listen when you tell them something. The food is great value.

   It was my mums birthday and booked on line, when we arrived they did not have have my booking on there system, they did find a table for us, we had to wait 45 minutes for a drink and 20 minutes for cutlery to be put on our table, quite disappointed really as it was a treat for my mother.
